This honestly has to be one of the best white castles in the city of Chicago. When I say the customer service is superb that's exactly what I mean. Me and my 2 homies came in there to order some late night food and we were met with Amazing expectations. Even when the guy made a mistake and gave us classic chicken rings instead of ranch rings he fixed it with no problem. Definitely coming back and I definitely recommend the ranch chicken rings ⭕
It has been a long time since I've come to a White Castle and when I got here the restaurant is clean and looks maintained. It took time to put in my order and longer than I expected to get my food, most people just go to the drive thru. I wanted to come in and see how the place looks. They do take cash as well as credit. The food took some time but it was good, I liked it. The order was done correctly so I'm glad.

Ordered for delivery about an hour ago, dude picked up my order less than 10 minutes away and somehow couldn't make it to my place 30 minutes later. Still waiting. Where's my food I ordered?! You've been chilling on Western for 20 minutes??
On the way home from work midnight. Went inside to view the menu. Guy in front picked up his order from staff. I stepped up to counter. The clerk walked away. Approx 6 employees working in back all aware I was there. Some looked directly at the now growing line and completely ignored it. Not even an attempt to acknowledge the customers waiting, This went on for over 20 minutes.
I looked at the customer to my left who was just as confused as I was.
That was my queue...,
Adios White Castle.....
Never again..
They completely ignored me for more then 15min while I was standing in front of 3 employees! They all were laughing, dancing to music, and talking about their life in front of me. I ended up going on the drive thru and still had to wait another 15 min, they even laughed that I ended up going to the drive thru, meaning they saw me clearly but chose to not do their jobs.
All the staff were great and the food was fantastic. Definitely one of the better white castles in Chicago. The restraint was very clean and well kept as well definitely worth the stop.
This location is probably one of the best in the area. Staff is nice. Orders are accurate. The food isn't the best in my opinion. I don't like fast food and especially burgers with so much bread. My friend wanted to stop. COKE machine was sticked with lots of great variety. This location does a great job. The WC on Clark and Ridge is pretty awful.
Stopped by the Castle on Adsison after Gary Clark Jr show - food was hot, drinks cold, and young man working the drive thru was great
