We don't have White Castles in Georgia, so this was a good change. We had friendly service, good food and good desserts.
My son and I went for the Valentine's Day experience and it was so much fun!! The ladies working definitely made the experience what it was; they were so kind and wanted to make sure everything was perfect!! Thank you so much for what you do! They went above and beyond!
I stopped by and bought 4 sliders. They were all very warm and good, but the low star review isn't about the food but the employees. When I pulled up to the window, the man working there was kinda rude which is fine, maybe he was having a bad day. When I pulled up to the next window, I asked the woman there if I could get some sauce and she smiled, rolled her eyes, slammed the window shut and walked away ???? I waited for a few minutes but she never came back.
Valentines dinner is always a special experience at White Castle. The employees go above and beyond even though this is out of their normal purview .
WC Lounge or Whities as some call this mainstay offer taste and value beyond experience. Definitely a repeat. Highly recommended. Great for children.
Stopped by for Veterans Day breakfast. Nicely decorated and very friendly staff. Had the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese on Toast Combo. Came with Hash Browns and Coffee. I ate in and enjoyed my time with the staff. Definitely a value. Certainly a repeat. Easily seen from the highway.
A 1 star is as low as I could put but if I could put -5 stars I would. If you want hot food, without waiting an eternity and respect I ADVISE YOU to avoid this place at all costs. I believe the manager on duty was a Raven and when I tell you I have never experienced such poor customer service and utter disrespect. White castles. DO BETTER. However, there’s a Burger King right the street so just go there I would say.
honestly im absolutely disturbed and disgusted about this location. came in at lunch today and the manager on shift was by far the worst i have ever seen. she gave me the wrong order and drink altogether and after being informed nicely she threw a huge fit. craziest experience ever. believe her name was rayven? never coming back. do better White Castle. was my first and last time here. do better.
Food was ok. I asked for no cheese on my sliders, but got cheese. Floors were super slick with grease build up and the restaurant as a whole wasn't very clean. Employees were semi-friendly.
