This place is an abomination. I visited this location because I was in the neighborhood and had a free meal via the app. Went to pick up my order and was served cold, hard French fries. I asked the older Lady that should know better than to serve customers old food, and She hollered out with an attitude "Well the meal is free anyway, so what's the problem"?? I was taken back but I kept my composure because I'm a Queen, and I don't go back & forth with peasants. I'm totally convinced this is not the first time She's done this to a customer, because when I pulled into the parking lot She was outside and looked spooked, as if someone was coming to give Her the "Business". I will NEVER visit this location ever again, and I will encourage family & friends to follow suit. She needs to be coached and or replaced. She is too old for the madness, and is a bad example for the younger team members.
Buyer beware this is the worst location of them all! I asked for impossible made like cheese sliders. Initially, they were plain unfortunately after waiting an excess amount of time they were still not up to par for the 2nd most expensive sandwich on the menu! And were HARD for a made to order item after I specifically asked for no steam! #DISGUSTING the service at this location is consistently bad & pleasant experiences are few and far between! Do better ????
Great service! The young people who worked there were exceptionally kind and willing to serve. I was impressed with customer service there. I want to say: Thank you for treating me with respect. Good work! Keep doing it.
There was a 15min wait after placing the order. I asked for no pickles! They gave extra! I asked for mustard! They gave me ketchup! I haven't been there in 30yrs.I won't be going back!
It was a very pleasant experience. Food was hot, and fresh management was great.
Asked for extra pickles and onions and when I got home this is what I received. Didn't think to check the order because it was 4 on the morning and it wasn't busy.
The wait was longer than usual. I had to pull into a parking spot and wait until they brought my order to the car.
Just make sure your food is done right before you you leave the establishment you know how black people are ain't keep that receipt
