Best White Castle visit I have had! We visited 5/1 @ 530pm for a take out order.
The crew was pleasant, helpful and friendly and they were super BUSY!!!
The staff took time to fix the self serve Coke machine because it was out of Diet Coke. She was so sweet and helpful!
The burgers were the best!! The onions were actually caramelized and the onion chips and fries were HOT!!
The manager and operator of this location should be very pleased with their awesome staff!!!
The interior (dining room) is likely open early in the morning, tho not necessarily as early as the 7am listed on the hours sign. I like the "breakfast anytime" toast sandwich better than sliders, although it's probably similar in unhealthiness, and in price per calorie. If you're looking for a big meal that is inexpensive and a healthier fast food choice, then I'd suggest the 1440 calorie bag of hash brown nibblers @ $3.89; altho this definitely need lots of ketchup (or some other sauce.)
At the time they where only taking customers that had a card .The one on 38th Street wasn't open because only 1 employee show up. Finally I went to the one on Michigan road and ordered a sack of 10 c
sliders with cheese paid regular price then I saw the coupon on the counter I asked if I could get the 5 and get 5 free but they said they already rung it up and couldn't void it out. At least they didn't soggy wet bottoms like 38th Street.
Not the first time that I havent gotten all my food from them. Not only that but when I get a burger I expect it to have 2 buns not just 1 and stuck to the box..all my crave case was like this..wasted money!!
Ordered the 1921 burger and it was delicious. Served hot with my favorite red creme soda drink. Whit Castle is a favorite place to eat and has been for many years.
Love getting WC each time I come home from Alabama. The staff was very kind and I got my food quick at 7am.

The food was normal but the whole experience killed everything. We waiting in drive-thru for 20 minutes to place the order. They are allowing 2 orders in and won’t accept any other orders until 1 car leaves the drive thru. They have a consistent 2 orders only they will work on. Not sure if they are short staffed, lazy, or just at mental capacity to make some food but the team here would be fired from any other chain restaurant. Whomever the general manager is, they should be removed from their position to run a store in this manner and be so consistent on that process day in and day out. I typically don’t leave reviews, but this is beyond unacceptable or being behind the 8ball. Like I would love for this to hit the paper that the GM lost his job due to lack of effort. Maybe corporate will see this one.
went to this location the cashier was rude and obnoxious order was incomplete and she shoved my food to me. and the fries had black burnt stuff on them i WILL NEVER RETURN to this location ridiculous. KEEP THAT MESSY CASHIER OUT THE DRIVE THROUGH
