Place is always empty yet they still have a 30 minute time limit at tables. Fast service, but the cashier seems to be hard of hearing so they missed half of my order. 10 cheddar cheese sliders in less than 10 minutes. Even this late at night there's still flies buzzing about. The place is dead so there's no reason trash should be on the table. It looks like they don't bother wiping them down after customers leave which is basic restaurant etiquette. At least the floors weren't disgustingly sticky this time and the food was good. The 10 sliders for $8.99 is definitely a good deal! It was less than $10 ($9.96) even with tax. I saw people coming in for other things and ordering 10 sliders just because of the deal.
Stay away from this place. Not only is there often a fight or harassment. These ???? don't listen. How do you say your order 3 times only for them to get it wrong still. And not give receipts. Never. I mean Never ever again. Wasted my money & time. I will never give them my money or time again. I don't care if it is up the street & around the corner. This location sucks ????.
I was the only person in line and in the store at the time that I placed my order. I carefully read my order from my phone. Once it was ready for pickup, my niece and I sat at one of the tables to review the order, and thank goodness we did. I asked for 5 chicken tenders and 1 fry Instead, I received 5 fries and 1 chicken tender. No pickles on the 2 hamburgers, please, but pickles were on them. That sucks and had I made it home without checking, I would have been really upset.
I ordered through the drive-thru and ordered 3 double sliders, no pickles but add mustard. Why did my order include 3 double cheese burgers with ketchup. Do they pay attention or are they too busy texting and on their phones. They just give you what they want you to have. You wonder why I don’t patronize my community. Make it make sense.
Good burgers and excellent specialty Smokey Joe (Sloppy Joe) sandwich. The fries were not crispy and flavorless. And the Chicken rings were not crispy and the meat was dry. But we still enjoyed our meal.
Wednesday afternoon is 3:37 pm and the workers are rude. I came in front counter so idky the girl in the drive thru was rude to me. The manager was rude and mad because I placed a order and had a mobile order. The young man that gave me my food just threw it to me .
THE STORE WAS SOOOOO NASTY EVERY TABLE, THE FLOOR, THE DRINK STATION AND THE BATHROOM
The restaurant is very clean tonight. The overnight manager and cook has been very professional. I appreciate that.
The fat girl with the glasses is rude and very unprofessional. I heard her on the phone with my man arguing cursing at him because her rude nasty a$$ made the food wrong. She need to be fired if this how she act because she has to be at work!
