They just can't get it right. Asked for "everything", get home and find pickles and nothing else. Last week, ordered 5 sliders and onion rings. Got home to find 2 burgers and fries. This has gone on SO long it's the manager, not the help. Across the street there's a Culvers that is properly managed and gets a lot more of my business.
Waited 10 minutes to order while the sign says closed at 330pl on a Saturday. We are the one and only car in the drive up. After ordering, we were pulled up and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our order. Had it not been for our relatives desiring white castle, I would’ve left. It’s unreasonable for a small order to wait this long and no explanation when i asked
This place absolutely SUCKS! Maybe pay your workers so they might actually want to stay for their shifts! It’s always closed when the hours clearly say they’re open, even when there’s people in there, they won’t take any orders. Sell it already so something else can go in there.
They’re garbage! They close early! Take their sweet time to get orders ready, yet mess up an order! They hire at this location nothing but youngsters that don’t care!
It says online that they open at seven but every single time that I’ve gone there between seven and 8 o’clock they are not open. I would give it zero stars if I could. Y’all suck.
They staff where finomanal and food fantastic couldn't have asked for anything better made my day
Always a big fan of white castle , and despite the small amount of crew working , they do their best , my orders always correct and within a reasonable amount of time ... keep up the good work
Be careful of your sauces.. I wanted and CRAVED cheese sticks!!! What the heck happened to the marina sauce?!?!? I was too mad to go back. The one late evening, I had received bad news.. and I really wanted cheese sticks.. this is what they gave me?!?!? The cheese sticks weren’t really great, and the sliders were cold.. but it took them well over 25 minutes for 2 sliders and cheese sticks.. and I was the only one in the drive thru.. so not cool!!! ????
