I always come here today was the first time I had the register girl automatically put creamer in my coffee and so I had to walk back in and tell her no creamer in my coffee and she said all white castle coffee comes with creamer in it( tell her to stop lieing to the customers)), she's the first and only 1 that has done that to me @ 11:15 am January 6th,, tell her to behave herself.. bad customer service. Where does my receipt say creamer,, and where on board says it comes with creamer.. Tell her to straighten up
Best White Castle in America!!! Short wait time at drive thru late night after Sonic Temple Music Festival. Drive thru guy was awesome, he was positive, upbeat, funny and best of all, did his job. Friendly, efficient employees, they all deserve a RAISE!!! Fresh, hot, delicious food.
I was in Columbus 3/12/24 for a funeral and stopped and got something to eat around 3:00. I did not get the cashier's name but she was very friendly and talked me into getting a 10 pack. I just want to say thank you to your great employees for being very friendly and making my experience at your location great.
This is the worst White Castle I've seen. The place was dirty, the floor needed swept. It was obvious the priority was drive thru customers at the expense of dine in customers. The beverage machine was virtually empty, Coke was the only flavor available. I have always enjoyed White Castle but the memory of this one will be hard to forgive.
I was just trying to see if I could eat these burgers or not. I found out NO...
I don't eat meat, and now I see why...

White castle takes the "fast" out of fast food. SLOW; but always has been. Thank God mcdonalds or Wendy's doesn't make each fry as it's ordered.
The food always seems to be done right. I have found that time sitting in line after ordering has taken longer than I thought it would. When I consider the time I generally order at this location being late hours and the food always hot and done right I assumed it is taking longer because it is getting cooked to order. An extra wait is always worth a while if food is done right.
The food was hot and fresh. The drive thru associate was very pleasant, positive, and friendly, something missing these days and times in fast food service.
