On holiday and my car electrics failed and unexpected warning lights appeared on the dash. We popped into the garage and were given excellent advice by the friendly and knowledgeable gentleman at the desk, meaning my friend was able to immediately fix the problem on the spot. I am exceedingly grateful to this lovely helpful garage.
Fantastic experience. Incredibly honest and professional. I was in the area on holiday and was concerned about being taken advantage of as a tourist. However, this was certainly not the case. They were extremely prompt and efficient. Can't say enough good things. Go here! Thanks again guys
My partners Car alarm kept going off, brought it here to be fixed as my partners mum uses this garage for her services paid £120 for a new boot lock to take it home and the car alarm to go off again straight away. Brought it back the following Monday for them to tell my partner it’s the passengers door lock and to fix it himself which I was not happy with as this is there job and they’ve charged us to fix it and it’s not fixed. After sending my partner back to have them do it to be met by Damian who was rude to my partner from the get go. They had my partner order the part himself of eBay. when my partners father went to collect they charged him another £30 labour. So I phoned up to complain as we had already paid £120 to have this problem fixed. I was met with nothing but attitude by Damian, who proceed to shout at me down the phone asking what I was on, telling me that his car is full of faults and should be scrapped, getting very aggressive not a customer service bone in his body. He then proceeded to phone my partners mum on me because he wasn’t happy about me complaining. All in all I wouldn’t even recommend this garage to someone I hate, dredful.
Very efficient, honest and great Service. Took my car there as one of the back tyre kept deflating. Went in without appointment and they sorted it in no time. Highly recommended
Great service, we were on holiday, had a tyre blowout, and they were great, they took the car in, ordered the tyre, had it delivered the next day and fitted it immediately. Couldn’t ask for a better service at a time when they were obviously very busy.
