Brilliant service. Always ask before they conduct any repairs or change things out. Will show you the parts they switched out afterwards and where the damage was. Saved me a lot of money on my old banger where other places would just take advantage. Can't recommend them highly enough.
I have been coming to this garage for MOTs for 6 years; recently I had trouble with my exhaust; only to find that the second hand car I bought 7 months ago is riddled with serious issues. I came to Whipps Cross Garage after a silly quote from Kwikfit to replace a wishbone. Kwikfit also, and in my experience always, they and tell you lots of things that need replacing that don’t. I thought I would try my local garage, and after looking at the reviews got them to replace my wishbone.
In a separate incident months earlier I previously had a flat battery and need to have my car jump started, I went Kwikfit to get my battery checked and they said everything was okay, and then had a service with them and again battery was said to be okay. 2 days after my service battery was dead again. Whipps cross garage was able to diagnose the issue and replace my battery.
I recommend this garage from good, old fashioned customer service, they call you when they say they will, run by two very experienced mechanics and are super helpful. If you’re like me and worried about not going to a named garage like a Kwikfit then I can assure you I have had very good service and will be coming back again!

This is the 4th time I’ve had the pleasure of using this garage. They are flexible, responsive, trustworthy and very fair. Car maintenance is a costly business but you never feel that they need your money, rather, they are professionals who offer a fair price with great advice. They know they have excellent reviews with mine added for good measure.
I have been going to this garage for many years for my MOT (Corolla Verso). The people who work there are gentleman, I have never had any problems with them and they have always been fair. They have fixed any minor issues and given good advice. Thanks to the team.
This is the worst I have been robbed by a mechanic. My engine light came up while I was driving all the way to Liverpool, so decided to get a mechanic to have a review. The mechanic was like £30. So I said OK. He grab tablet and plugged it into my car and said: one of the plugs was misfiring. I told him I recently had all 4 of them changed with new. He said " Take the car to where you had them changed. The car is still driveable." and then proceeded cleared the error digitally. Can't believe after finding the error he refused to fix it. Then he charge me £30. This literally took less than 3 minutes. Biggest scam I have ever been into by a mechanic. 2 days later, the error came back and it disappeared again on its own. This is the worst experience ever.. Beware of scams when you go there.
I came here for my MOT at the recommendation of several neighbours and they were great. I had foolishly let the MOT expire so they expedited and fit me in the same day without me even asking. Good value for money, quick and professional. No trying to push extra services on me, just gave me prices in case I wanted to come back for a service. Will definitely be my go-to.
