This place needs a deep cleaning ????
Came to Which Wich today because I wanted an Italian Beef Sandwich. Came in and placed my order and waited 35 minutes for a sandwich. While I was waiting two guys came in and ordered and managed to get their sandwiches before me.
While I was waiting I noticed the dining room was dirty and the floors were sticky. The beverage station was incredibly dirty as well.
The ice tea containers looked like they haven’t been scrubbed in a long time (and had a nice layer of tea sludge in the bottom). The lemonade containers also had black floaties in there, so that was off putting too. Getting the lid for my drink I could see behind the drink machine and it was disgusting! It doesn’t look like they have ever moved it to clean…
There was also a vagrant passed out at one of the tables and no one seemed to notice or care.
The sandwich itself would have been good had it not been absolutely drowning in mustard and mayo.
This used to be one of my favorites, but it has really gone down hill. I hope this sandwich doesn’t get me sick, I probably won’t return anytime soon…
Which Wich is located in a very nice strip mall/shopping center along Coors. The exterior and interior are clean and inviting. I was immediately greeted by smiling, friendly staff who explained the unique ordering process. You put your name on a card, check the sandwich and other food items you want, then pay at the register. No cash taken or exchanged here - debit/ credit cards only. I ordered the “grinder “ cold, fries, and a drink. The sandwich was delicious with crisp, fresh veggies, tangy vinegar, flavorful meats and quality bread that doesn’t leave you feeling bloated. The fries were also tasty. Be sure to ask for some ranch dipping sauce. Yum.
Came minutes before closing on May 3 and was told by Estevan that they are closing in three minutes, when I said okay I’ll be quick with only ordering one sandwich, to which he rolled his eyes and said the f word which I felt incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected by this manner. I always love coming here and ordering my sandwich. I did apologize for coming so late however cussing and rolling your eyes at a customer is not okay. I am incredibly disappointed in this experience. I don’t feel comfortable coming back to this location anytime soon, lost a valuable customer.
Super nice staff. They were very helpful. We took the food to go. Got the salads which were okay. :) We will try it again. They have low carb and gluten free options which was great. Walking distance to La Cumbre on the westside which is great. Order on the app and sign up for rewards on the app. :)
How in the world does it take so long to make a sandwich, a freaking sandwich!?!? I am at a lost for words 20mins waiting for a doordash . 2 people in store . Whats the deal ??????
No coke products. No bags a copied sheet for order. Wow this used to be my favorite sandwich place. Only came because I had a coin for a free sandwich. Probably my last time coming here place looks neglected chairs worn not to mention the weather beaten table outside that belongs in the dump. Shame on the owners.
The food was decent. Low quality sandwich products but if you weren't concerned with eating fast processed food, the sandwich was pretty good. Nothing special.
The service however, is what brought me to write this review. You have to grab a very dirty permanent marker and write out your own order, then give the paper to the employee who very un-enthusiastically punches in the order just to mess it up in the end.
Apparently you're supposed to tip the employee who is having a "not to be disturbed" conversation with the other employee in addition to you writing down your own order, and then after about 15 minutes of their very important conversation, where your sandwich is sitting at the end of the conveyor belt oven, they call your name to pick up your cold sandwich rather than walking a few steps to bring you your sandwich.
I'd suggest a training program for employees to educate them on customer satisfaction, as well as a positive attitude when in the work environment.
I love witch wich! Witch Wich is a sandwich haven that never fails to impress! The vibrant atmosphere sets the stage, but it's the exceptional service that truly shines. A red-headed gem of an employee effortlessly elevates the experience, making each visit memorable. The sandwiches? A symphony of flavors that keep me coming back for more. Five stars all the way!
