These guys did a great job on my truck. The Line-X was flawless and they walked me through every step of the install process. Also custom ordered an ARE truck topper that they installed at the same time. Will be back in the future for wheels, tires, and a lift!

Passing by Asheville on a Friday at 3:30pm, the dash warning message came on for low tire pressure on two tires. Google Maps pointed us to Wheel City Tire and Alignment 2 miles off of I-40 and we headed there expecting that our trip was going to get derailed, maybe getting stuck overnight.

They agreed to look at our car immediately, checked all 4 tires for problems and proper inflation, and we were on our way in about 20 minutes.

Wheel City’s service was really superior. We really appreciate their excellent service.

Total pros! Very trustworthy....small jobs, like my Toyota Camry, are treated just as important as the big 4wd truck jobs they work on. Very fair and honest.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about these folks. They went above and beyond in so many ways to help me out. I hit a huge pot hole and bent my wheel and messed up my tire. They went out of their way to connect me with help and put my spare on for me. Their customer service is 5 star with kind and friendly service! Cannot thank them enough! Highly recommended.

Can’t say enough good words about this place! After a completely horrible experience at another shop my bosses Jeep Rubicon is finally finished. The other shop left the Jeep with a horrible wiring job that could have burnt the whole Jeep down! Bolts were left loose, parts were not replaced, brand new lights had to be replaced due to them being installed poorly. The whole front end could have fell apart on a show room Jeep! On top of paying a ridiculous price. Wheel City welcomed us with open arms and made us feel comfortable that they were going to be able to fix everything! They took such good care of everything. Rewired the whole jeep, replaced lights and fixed the front end all for an affordable cost! It rides like a dream and looks amazing. Thank you Wheel City for taking such good care of everything we are forever customers!

Recently went here for the first time for 4 tires/alignment. You can bring your own new tires. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Everyone greets you kindly, & the price wasn’t bad at all! WAY cheaper than a dealer. I knew My alignment was so bad, but the mechanic actually suggested fixing something that’s making it worse- and no one else has brought this up. I even went to a different shop not even a month ago for an inspection and they didn’t notice it. But the mechanic recommended and researched the issue he found, researched where to find the parts because it’s a rare issue. I feel like he went out of his way to do this and I believe it’s to keep the integrity of his work, plus maybe the shop shoots for perfect alignments! All I know is, they did a great job, and had plenty of customers come and sit down just to chat that day. To me, that proves a trustworthy shop. Thanks for your service guys!!
