So glad that this location near me is open. Awesome customer service! I called the Corporate Office, and after a short wait, Cassandra informed me about the opening date. This chain has some of the largest portions, and they maintain good pricing. By size and price, their Breakfast Biscuits and Burgers are the best value against the competition...

So, I actually started reading reviews while we were in line waiting to get food. This is a new location, yet the wait time here is a bit ridiculous. Stood in drive thru like 20min. The fries were half cold, burgers were cold. Not impressed, actually disappointed for waiting so long for this location to open. Will not be coming back until they get thier act together, and people's feedback improves.
Ok... The few times I've been here the food has been good. They need to weave out some incompetent employees though. Don't come here in the evening. During normal lunch and dinner hours I've had no issues. It is a fast food place so don't expect Ruth Chris service.
This place needs an overhaul in mgmt. & staff. Staff are mostly young dope heads from the looks of it. Kids are rude & and dirty looking. One yelled at me when I asked for something. The manager, a big big woman stands around & stuff food down her pie hole. No wonder she weighs 300 lbs. the food is sub-par for a newer fast food place. My chicken was undercooked & fries were limp & greasy. I was so dissatisfied with my experience and I don’t think I will ever return to this What a burger. It’s just a shame and I hope upper management reads this because they’ll lose customers who will go elsewhere because it’s just below average in all aspects.
My food wasn’t hot but I had a pretty large order considering that and the fact that the food was still better than going to McDonald’s. I still give them a five. I absolutely love how kind the staff is. They truly went over and beyond for me.
YOU WOULD THINK being BRAND NEW their food would be good. BUT NOPE cars were lined up for days so we went and tried this location. WHAT A MISTAKE. Ordering was fine but got to the window I was talking to the employee at the window joking about how all the customers here now and a manager came and told her "close the window". Didn't even talk for 5 seconds. THEN lets get to the food. I threw my chicken sandwich away it was COLD as all hell it was so cold it STRETCHED and something in that sandwich sour. My wife's sandwich was halfway good enough to eat the other half went in the trash. NOW anyone who knows Whataburger chicken sandwiches are good whew child. $12.66 for 2 sandwiches wasted definitely. Light mayo means still put some on there by the way. This NEW restaurant needs a REDO.

Absolutely dissatisfied!!!! I ordered 2 sweet and spicy burgers no onions I only got 1 in my bag. 1 lrg chocolate shake I did get. 1 double meat bacon cheeseburger meal there was only 1 patty and ordered an extra double meat bacon cheeseburger no onions I did not get this in my bag. They completely ruined my order so disgusted at the service and food I was in complete detail with the person while ordering but its not what I got
Been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes while the staff are standing around talking and laughing. There are in fact five other cars waiting for their food. I just came to read the reviews and see that this is typical apparently. When asking what the hold up was, their response was “Sorry we are really backed up” which wasn’t true because we were the only ones in the drive thru when we ordered. Then the second response was “We are under staffed” which again did not look to be true as there were a whole bunch of them standing around. We figured our food would be hot and they were waiting on the food to cook but again, nope it was like warm at best. Obviously the owner does not work there.
