If you decide to go into the lobby late at night, make sure you order immediately unless you want to be removed by security. My ten or so friends and I entered late at night after a fun time out together. While we were all looking over the menu, a voice behind me very rudely said to "step up and order." I turned and said to the gentleman that I wasn't sure what I wanted just yet, but I was getting there. He then escalated the situation saying something along the lines of, "do I need to take you outside?" I was baffled. We were all extremely confused. He chose to lead me outside and I walked to my vehicle and regrouped with my friends. He claimed to have known me to be a troublemaker before, however I've never been to this location. Nothing anyone said to him could convince him otherwise. We gladly spent our money elsewhere. I might recommend Whataburger seek security who aren't looking for an excuse to feel powerful. If you want a much better experience late at night, the staff at Waffle House are very friendly.
Absolutely the worst experience at a Whataburger location (or any fast food restaurant) ever.
I actually went to this location a few days ago, but left because the drive through was taking forever, so I went inside and no one was at the front counter to take orders.
I returned today at 11:30 am and went directly inside. There was one other customer, but no one to take our order. Someone yelled from the back that they would be with us shortly. After 5 minutes someone finally came to take our order.
After 15 minutes, I finally received my order. The fountain soft drink machine was not calibrated correctly and the drinks were not good. My fries were cold and the burger was lukewarm and horrible.
I wanted to speak with a manager, but couldn’t find anyone to talk to.
Never again! ????
This place is new, I can tell by how rude these people were, standards are clearly LOW! First off, we were asked to go thru the drive thru event hough they had 14 workers and Zero customers! Went to the drive thru waited 15 mins to receive two Cold A$& burgers! G
The cheese wasn't melted and the bun felt like it had ice crystals. I guess being from Texas I would imagine all whataburgers aren't equal!!! I cant believe I wasn't $25 for this, drove 25 Miles off a road trip just to get disappointed!!!
We stopped in for a quick lunch. The staff was very helpful and engaging. Ordering was a breeze, and they even brought the food to your table with ketchup and napkins. I had not been to a whataburger before, so my experience was great. I had a double with cheese and bacon. It was flavorful and fresh.
Amazing burgers very reasonably priced. The place was busy but our service was still good . Try the spicy ketchup ...it's great. Unfortunately we don't have Whataburger in Canada. I immediately looked at closest border location. We will be back next time in town
Burger and fries were awesome but what stood out was the excellent customer service. Jax has a wonderful personality and great attitude .... even after I spilled my tea.
I don’t recall a name but I’ll never forget how kind, helpful, and friendly the drive thru person was! He had dreads and wore shades that’s all I remember. If I find a name I’ll insert it later but man great customer service is hard to come by these days. Thank you very much, we need more great people like you!!!
Who goes to whataburger wearing a wu shirt and throwing a W.... this guy! That burger was made fresh and 2x the size of a whopper. Plus a banana pudding shake.
