Great place yo pick up a sandwich.
We have called in a few times, and the sandwiches are made to order,using really fresh ingredients and have always been really good with enough filling. The sausage rolls are excellent and really great value for money.
The people running it are really friendly and helpful, so all in all, it's a lovely local sandwich sop and deli.
Excellent food and service. I like how the Victorian charm of the building and its old timey feel contrast but somehow complememt the innovative menu! Each sandwich on the menu has been thoughtfully put together, and every order is made fresh with care. 10/10 would recommend.
Excellent food and customer service
Loved my ham salad sandwich on brown with raw onion and a tad of salad cream, was absolutely ravenous and hit the spot. The jam cake thing was also superb ????
Always great food and great value. Kids love this place for the selection of sweets too - it’s amazing what they manage to cram into such a small space :-)
Hearty sandwiches and superb brownies. Samosas and sausage rolls are amazing too. They do a good value salad box. Recent addition of an ice cream machine which will come into it's own this summer. My 6 year old rates this as excellent. Coffee is ok. Sells all sorts of sweets, crisps and various ready meal things. Really friendly family team behind the counter. I'm looking forward to when they start doing hot sarnies again.
Just popped in to pick up lunch for four of us and it was amazing. Soooo much choice and tasted absolutely delicious. And prices are great too. What a lovely shop x
This review should have been done long ago as it's one of the best delis I've been too. staff are very friendly. Food quality is fresh and to a high standard. All round a good experience. Thank you.
