Best dentist (Dr. Salooja) I could ask for my little boy as she knew how to deal with an infant, take extra care and be kind as my boy used to be terrified when I used to take him to any NHs places. Thanks to her he over came his fear and aware that not everyone is there to hurt him, they are just trying to help him to get better.
Today I had to have a tooth extraction and although I am an extremely nervous patient there wasn’t any sedation appointments till May and as my tooth was causing me so much trouble I decided to have it out under local.
The dentist Sinthujan Sivarahjah was fantastic - he made me feel at ease and was lighthearted.
I found the really extraction difficult but this was due to my own anxiety.
The dental nurse was also brilliant and they both really tried their best to keep me calm which wasn’t easy!
Just a massive thank you for persevering with me, being kind and patient.

I visited today for a tooth extraction under sedation as I am very nervous/scared of the dentist.
I found my experience to be alot less stressful than I thought. All the people I came into contact with were kind and supportive. I was in and done within 10 minutes, the nurse in recovery was a star, so lovely. The worst bit was waiting to be seen and worrying what was going to happen! Well done to all ????????
Kat and her team are AMAZING! After avoiding the dentist for years due to a huge phobia I have, Kat was quick to put me at ease and reassure me. I have been back to visit the dentist multiple time since and no longer fear booking an appointment as I know I'm in good hands with her. She take her time to explain procedures and treats you with care! Thank you
Nervous of dental treatment. Was difficult to get in contact to arrange extraction until someone pointed out my phone provider had marked this number as scam and blocked in coming calls. Unblocked and managed to receive a call to sort out appointment (beware).
I also made the mistake of reading feedback on here. This added to my anxiety of having my first ever extraction.
I have to say, all the staff were very professional and pleasant. The anaesthetist put me at ease, and the dentist talked me through my the tooth was being removed.
Sedative administered and as they had told me the next thing I remember is the dentist saying....that's it its out. No pain and it was made easier through pleasant staff.
If I could give this place a zero stars I would. The worst experience ever the guy who did the sedation was soo rude and was very aggressive. He proceeded to rush me to get off the seat after just being audited and pushed my arm when I didn’t hear his request.
He spoke bad about my father and myself. During the sedation I was awake and the dentist knew of it and continued to do the surgery. Would not recommend anyone to go here.would like to say a big thank you to the nurse who dealt with me after as she was so lovely. Please have a word with your sedation person and his attitude.
Worst people I have ever seen. I paid 65 pounds for a treatment and on the day of appointment, i came 17 minutes late. When I arrived, the receptionist was on the phone so I waited for her to finish. She took about 15 minutes to finish and when I told her that I have an appointment, she told me that they cannot accept me anymore because I am late. She said that I have lost my 65 pounds; and that I need to pay another 65 pounds to book another appointment. They refused to let me have my treatment. This was just so annoying and felt like she did that on purpose. No wonder they do not even have a website.
They have mucked my teeth up and now I’m having too get my teeth taken out coz they have a big whole in it because off them. I was supposed too have fillings but they put the wrong ones in and now my teeth are decaying aswell as big wholes and needs taking out. And it’s been giving me a lot off pain for the past several months. DON’T GO TOO WHALEBONE LANE DENTIST. If anyone needs there teeth done go too Bart’s hospital the royal London dental hospital. Went there today and someone’s actually finally doing something bout it. They calmed my anxiety down and there getting someone too help with my anxiety while I be sedated Wednesday and they were so helpful and really lovely and kind people there aswell
