I went here with my daughter to have a drink and get a bite to eat. We played darts, but staff didn’t know where any chalk was, so they gave us paper. It was nice outside and we ordered some artichoke dip and sliders. The sliders were amazing and priced very favorably. There were Bud Light and Patron reps there so that was fun.
Usually spend football season watching games there, but decided to go there for brunch on a weekend. The male bartender never came to our table to take our food order but went to every other table to do so. Felt like he wasn’t very supportive of 2 gay guys eating at the establishment. Food and drinks are good, but don’t ask for a Spanish coffee. I understand that they are the best bartender friendly drink to make, but if you’re gonna roll your eyes and huff and puff while making it, don’t offer it. I hate leaving negative reviews because I know establishments aren’t defined by one experience or one person, but the lack of respect and customer service by the weekend bartender needed to be pointed out. I’ll be back when a different bartender is there.
Haven’t eaten here before, but wanted bar food. Took longer than it should’ve for anyone to come to our table. Table behind us came in after and got served first. (Server walked right by us to serve them)
Drinks were great. I ordered a burger, medium rare, got well done. (Almost crunchy)
Cook needs to get retrained on a medium rare.
And no they weren’t that busy!
There are too many other bars to go to…. Step up your game Wetlands!
Just went there for lunch. Cozy inside and nice outdoor area. Got a Bloody Mary, it was good but not the best. French fries are next level but I got the prime rib dip sandwich and it had an odd taste to me that was off putting. Staff is friendly and as quick as they can be! I hear they have pool and cornhole too! Would recommend for a casual lunch date!
This place is amazing.I just went there today for your money.You get a lot of food and they're very hospitable, very kind and you don't have to wait 5 hours.To be waiting on five stars to wetlands
I have enjoyed coming to Wetlands until today (February 23, 2024). I watched one staff member abuse her coworkers with comments that would never pass any HR litmus test. She was also eating while in the bar and covered her mouth, and laughed about it as she got ready to serve another patron.
One other bartender would wipe her hands on her Apron but never visually washed her hands. It took her 20 minutes to even swing by for a food order.
The only saving grace was the male bartender, whom I recognized.
Where were all the normal bartenders today? I'll reconsider coming back, which is sad cause I would normally be a very repetitive patron.
I've been here twice now to gamble, so far it's been great, the bartenders were very nice and so were their patrons. It's a nice clean fun bar.
Great service, great drinks but I ordered medium rare steak bites and they were well done and super super salty.
