Please take the time and read the one star reviews. This man messed up my car, it has cost me thousands of dollars to get fixed. He acknowledged the issue and understands the issue but won’t accept responsibility when he was the only one who was poking around in my car. You would think someone who owns their own business would try hard to keep good business with the community. Not this guy! Please go anywhere but here, spend a little extra and get it done right.
Rodney is a skilled mechanic who takes care of both my personal and work vehicles. While part of me wants to keep this gem to myself, it's only fair to share his excellence. His pricing is reasonable, and he delivers friendly, personalized service. Note, though, he may not answer calls during repairs; the best approach is to visit his shop between 10 am and 4 pm.
This is an auto repair shop. My back tire on my motorcycle was a little low. Took it there and Rodney hooked me up with some air that's great customer service even though I didn't get any kind of work down on my vehicle. He still was kind and helpful put me back on the road safely with air in my tire. Definitely recommend also will have my truck worked on there.
My husband took his truck here and the Rodney never fixed it, I came and gave him money every week for months to get it fixed and paid off for when we moved, he never fixed it, never called us back, took literally a couple thousand dollars from us and kept our truck.
I am a new customer. Needed brakes and a good look over on my 2004 mercury mountaineer. Found Westview Automotive near me on google and the reviews were all good with 5 star rating. Called and talked to Rodney and felt comfortable by just the phone call. I had made other calls before calling Rodney and was quoted ridiculous prices for just a brake job.
Meeting him in person we went over my concerns and he was very personable and friendly and he listened and offered his professional opinion. He got my truck right in, drove it and looked it over then called me to go over what he found. He ended up doing more than just brakes and explained what he found and I felt was honest with me.
My mercurcy drives like new.
I couldn't be happier with his customer service and work. He will be my go to for all my vehicles repairs. ????
Best place I've been I made a mistake and tried to make an appointment at a Ford dealership thank goodness I looked at the reviews and found this place close by. Great guys fast service and the price beat Ford big time. They called me back right away and completed the work even faster from now on this is my garage! Not only that I've never been called back a couple days later just to see how my vehicle was running. These guys are amazing!!
Huge thank you to Rodney and his guys for getting me back on the road with exceptional service. 2nd time getting A+ service (helped my mom a few months ago).
