As a first timer, I was very pleased with how comfortable everyone here made me feel. The PA took her time to hear all my concerns and didn’t rush me at all. It felt like a very safe place and I’ve found my primary care provider finally! Thank you guys again. very clean, and on time. My wait was very minimal! Happy Patient here !
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Holden. Today was my 2nd visit with him at one of the other offices. Happy to say both UWS and Morningside offices are clean and very efficient. I was in and out of my annual checkup in 35 minutes. Dr Holden is calming and knowledgeable. I feel incredibly empowered by him to make decisions that are good for my body and my health. I feel like I found a diamond in the rough with Dr Holden
I waited for less than 10 minutes to be seen, and everyone at the clinic was kind, attentive, and caring. NP James Lauren was amazing, and I am so appreciative both of his calm response to my issues and the fact that he simultaneously took them seriously. Overall great experience, and appreciate that the lab is at the same location.
This was my first time seeing Dr Jenny Gerner and the whole experience was great! I arrived about 10 minutes early and filled out a quick form. I was walked to the exam room 2 minutes prior to my appointment start time and the Dr came in a couple of minutes later. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! Dr Gerner was very easy to talk to and I felt like she was really listening to everything I had to say. I needed blood work and that is in the same building. Again, walked right into the lab area and I was done within 10 minutes. The most efficient Dr appt I've ever had!
Also, the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Really, everyone there was friendly. It was a very welcoming experience :)
This review is for Faiza Mubarak: she is the best person who has seen me at that practice.
The practice could benefit from training the employees managing billing, prior authorization requests, and communicating with patients via Klara.
Katherine Manders as well as the full network at Westside Family Medicine have been an integral part of helping me become a better patient and for being nurturing, compassionate, genuinely caring, kind, supportive, and wonderful doctors. The staff is professional and compassionate. The bedside manner of all I consult with and that I deal with is the best I have had in a long while. It’s why I continue to seek medical advice and care from Westside. Thank you!
I had an emergency situation and was given an appointment. I was attended by PA Christene. She was very professional, sweet, understanding and a good listener. She understood my pain and tried to help me. I would see her again. Previously, I saw Dr Holden and he also was nice and understanding. The staff were very nice as well. I felt at home.
I met Dr. Hawasli for the first time, and was most highly impressed with his personality, knowledge, and professionalism. I would highly recommend him, as I would all of Westside Family Medicine. My only criticism is that I found making an appointment on my own to be almost impossible. There are several doctors, several offices, and no real way to tell when a particular doctor is available at a particular office. You pretty much have to leave a message on the Qwell website or possibly by phone, which I didn't try. The procedure for making appointments needs to be more clearly explained. But once you get your appointment, you are in great hands!
