Went to Water & Ice for ice cream and shaved ice. Took 20 boys and leaders. They handled the order like champs. Everyone got what they wanted and we all left happy.
The food here was fresh, flavorful, and will be feeding my wedding reception. I absolutely loved their green chili Mac and cheese. Their brisket was outrageously juicy. Definitely don't miss out on this family owned bbq joint.
I'll be honest, it was decent. However my favorite food was the Giant Corn Muffin. The brisket was good and moist, however lacked much flavor and there was hardly any smoke ring you would expect to see with brisket. They had a variety of BBQ sauces, but all had a bit of spice to them, whereas most places will have at least one sweet BBQ option. The guy I was with got coleslaw as one of his sides, but it tasted more like lemon-slaw, luckily they were happy to trade out his side for potato wedges, which by the way are pretty bomb and flavorful. Overall I wouldn't say horrible, just not like the BBQ I got use to in Texas and Kansas. (Brisket with a nice crust and smoke ring is hard to come by in AZ)
I went for my first time earlier this week. I will be returning in the near future.
Had pulled pork sandwich with 2 sides of sauces.
Colorado has a very nice taste, but needs much more kick for me.
Green chili was also very nice taste. As for the heat not much there for me.
I am more used to Ghost, Trinidad Scorpio spices
Great food! Great team! Quite a hidden gem. Got the Camelback with Mac and cheese with cornbread. The Mac and cheese... you will slap your momma.. green chili gives an awesome flavor. The meats... oh boy.. tender flavorful and the sauces.. yummy! You must go get you some!
The food was cold, and the woman who was working the cash register unfortunately did not speak very good english, so our order was incorrect and there were missing items that I was charged for and never received. I took my receipt up to the counter and spoke to what I believe to be the manager. She did not speak very english either and I ended up not resolving the issue. I decided to just pay for two more of the tacos I didn't receive because I was hungry and let it go. I won't be returning to this location. I understand sometimes there will be a language barrier and that is okay, but I was cheated out of my money and food, which stinks.

This village center is amazing it’s got everything you need in one place. The western skies village center is easy top five of village centers I’ve been to and I’ve been to quite a few village centers. But back to the point love the western skies village center and you should check it out to that be pretty rade.... okay well that’s all from me have a great day and check out the western skies village center.
