Hi. Ive not had a good experience with West Lane MOT Centre in Keighley. Been over charged with Service. My MOT failed so i though ill continue getting the work done with these guys. But ended up giving me a very high quotation. So i decided to buy the parts, so i could save money and just pay labor to them. Soon as I mentioned to buy parts and kept asking how much for lobor only, they kept changing the subject & not answering me directly, they kept saying its ok don't worry we will give you good price, on top kept my car for 2½ days. When finally price was given of £310 for labor. It costed £100 over what i was quoted after buying the parts. RIPPPPP OFFF.

Went to this place for my MOT in advance
They told me it would cost over £400 for repairs. I told them I would ring them back. I ended up not ringing them back and went in person and spoke to someone who had long hair(think his names jalal but I could be wrong) he even agreed that the price was too much and said he would ring me to discuss a better price and that I may have to go to Bradford to get parts. He did not ring me. .After getting the repairs done somewhere else, (The place I got the repairs done didn’t even charge me half that amount that this MOT place was) I booked an appointment to get it retested. They told me to come the next day at 1pm. Upon arrival I was told that there was no MOT tester available and their priority wasn’t contacting me to let me know it had been cancelled. This company just wants to get easy money so do not go here especially if you are a female. They will see you and think you are easy to scam. They tried charging me £50 for a mirror that cost me £10 and all they would’ve done was stick it on. No actual hard labour for that part. Another £50 for an indicator which I bought for 20 quid (brand new aswell). This is not the first time something like this has happened and I will not be going there again.
Awful experience, on 14 July I called the garage regarding suspension problems, they told me they can check the car immediately, once I arrived the same mechanic told be they were busy now so it cant be diagnosed(wasted journey). I then called the garage at least 3 times a day the following week for 3 days to book an appointment, however no one ever answers the calls, I then had to go to the garage directly again to book an appointment on 18 July only to be told we are too busy to answer calls. I then dropped the car off for diagnosis and repair at 10am 21 June, I received no phone call for an update, i called 8 times through a 4 hour period on the day and again no answer, I then had to get a taxi the garage at 5pm to be told again that they are too busy to answer calls and that they do not call customers to provide an update! obviously no repair carried out in the end...no customer service skills what so ever.. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THE COWBOYS!

Exceptionally poor customer service and wasted too much time. Paid £200 labour just to replace all discs and pads...
Perfect as always went in today to see if they could sort my back breaks and sorted it with in the hour definitely recommend this garage for all your mechanical work on your car these guys are all 100% first class can not fault them definitely reliable and friendly
