Great place but the pizza just isnt the same as when steph owned it my family always went here for many many years but stopped after the new ownership because the pizza was a bit different still great service and atmosphere though
I grew up right up the street and have been eating their pizza since 1990. Although I currently live right outside of New Haven and have access to the big pizza greats of CT....I still love to come home and get some West End from time to time. ????
I have had their meat lovers pizza and buffalo chicken best tasting dough and pizza I had in CT. As well the staff as well as the owner there are very personable treats you like family

Really cool little shop, old time jukeboxes in every booth. I had the BBQ chicken with white sauce. Pizza was excellent, service as well.
Aside from their pizza this place is definitely not worth it..paid $8 for 4 little tenders that look like u would buy in the freezer section of Aldi..and they're not even actual chicken..its that McChicken type of meat..$3 for a drink for my 4 yr old and they dont even have to-go cups so of course she didnt even get close to finishing the cup and we couldnt take it..got her a side of meatballs that were the smallest meatballs ive ever seen from a restaurant and had to send one back cuz it was hard as a rock..then i paid an xtra $3 to use THEIR credit card machine which might cost them 30 cents a swipe and thats AFTER an almost $70 bill..wont be dining in ever again nor buying anything other than pizza smh
Their pizza was delicious. Just the right amount of crispiness to the crust, just the right amount of sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. I’ll definitely be back!
Hands down the best pizza in Bristol. Highly recommend, especially if you've never had their food.
