I had an MOT booked in with the team at West Country Garage yesterday. This was the first time I had used the garage, with it being very local to me. I have to say, I wasn't disappointed. The team were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a few advisories from the MOT and following a few quotes from the guys, I will definitely be using their services going forward.
The only garage I use to MOT and service my car. The staff are friendly and competent. Recommended.
Travelling from south wales, just had an issue with the car on the M5.a quick google search and diversion to this garage... sorted the issue out ASAP for us, literally saving and allowing us to continue on our holiday to devon!! Super friendly... thanks guys!! Much appreciated ????
This has been my family's go-to garage for years. These guys are super friendly and super professional. We have used them for general repair work and MOTs. Always very reliable and reasonable with pricing, work done to highest standard. I cannot recommend them enough. Cheers!
The guys are on another level. I had a noise on my car when driving on the motorway, I took my car round to them with no notice and they took it in straight away to check it out. They told me the problem and even rang another garage to check they had a tyre (as they didn’t have one in stock) for me that fit to save me turning up and not being able to help. These are good, honest people who couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks for helping when you could have easily said you were too busy or needed notice…
I've been using West Country Garage for a few years now and I still have nothing bad to say. Very friendly and professional with great customer service. If I have any queries or want a quote, I just email and they reply same working day and get the car booked in as soon as possible. They don't make up faults in the car to over charge you and will explain thoroughly if you query anything. I'll highly recommend to anyone wanting an MOT, service or repair. You won't be disappointed!
Our rear suspension springs were broken and so after some searching and recommendations I booked our car into West Country Garage. I have to say my initial reaction is a very positive one. I dealt with a chap named Simon who was personable, chatty and informative. I was informed of costs and details throughout the day while our car was with them, I felt the price charged was reasonable and more affordable than some other garages I'd called. The broken parts were kept for me to see and the issues explained in detail. I will use the services here again and certainly hope to continue feeling confident in the integrity and honesty I sense from them on this occasion. ????????
After being ripped off by Westerly BMW i can honestly say that I will always be going to this garage. The service is fantastic and they don’t have that “ old school garage mentality “ . The prices are more than reasonable and the work is done to an incredible standard.
