Excellent professional service from this garage. Was blind sided last January by another local garage just finishing cancer treatment. Was too ill to question them I called yesterday for a leak under my car. Was booked in 8am this morning. Got car back this afternoon. Very kind and fully explained what they did to fix ar. Will definitely be using from now on.
Got car recovered from them because car kept cutting out. Mechanic told me it needed a new alternator at £380 a told them go ahead collected the car then the next day same issue it cut out got it recovered again wich was charged for they then said it was a relay switch so got them to do it they assured me it definitely fixed so paid and collected the car ran worse than ever checked under the bonnet noticed straight away my brand new turbo actuator (which a different garage fitted) one month prior had been swapped over with one clearly about 10 year old and the issue of it cutting out still hadn't been fixed!!!!!! Took my car to a qualified mechanic he fixed it straight away the fuel filter hadn't been attached to it's bracket and was causing low fuel pressure
WOULD ABSOLUTELY AVOID WEST COAST MOTORS!!!!!!!!!
Called the guys at West Coast first thing this morning after brake failure the night before. They took my car in at short notice and I had it back that same day with my rear brakes totally renewed. David and Barry were both professional and knowledgeable. Top guys.

Maybe I got lucky but my experience was excellent! Bought a big diesel vectra off them last year for a great deal and they even put a years MOT on it as well. He let us take it a test drive ourselves and even offered to put it on the ramp for us to take a look as there was a slight noise. I have since changed the rear brakes and 2 front tyres and it's just sailed through it's MOT today. So overall my experience with them has been superb, cheers guys.
