West 6 Auto booked me in for a last minute MOT during the busy Christmas period. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They identified & fixed an additional issue with the wipers during the same morning. Special thanks to the manager Raj for booking me in straight away.
Highly recommend this place. Went to another garage first. Was told the repair cost would be over £1000 pounds. Then went here for a second opinion and turn out all I needed was a battery change! Honest team and fair price!
DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE.
Booked in via Fixter (for the last time), and the MOT was completed promptly. However, I was quoted over £550 to adjust a brake cable and replace a shock absorber. This work, when asked about at another garage, totalled £155. Knowing my MOT had failed and the car was undriveable, I was essentially at the mercy of their pricing. The final price I had to pay was £470 incl. MOT+Retest, which is daylight robbery. At Christmas time too!!
The fact that they were willing to knock £100 off the cost of the shock replacement proves that their pricing model is a joke.
Repeat: DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE.
Brought my Peugeot in for its first MOT this weekend without an appointment. West 6 Auto fitted me in - with a smile - and repaired the handbrake, which seemed to require a lot of work, charging me only £20 for the extra job which was extremely decent of them. Honest and nice to be around. Couldn't recommend them more. Many thanks.
Excellent service, best mechanic for value for money I have used in London. I actually use a mechanic in Royston, because the mechanics I used in London were a ripoff. I worked on cars for years, so I know when I am being ripped off. These guys at West 6 Auto were fantastic for time, cost of the jobs and service. Highly recommend!
Had my MOT done here a few times (two different cars). They are reasonably priced and honest with their work. On more than one occasion my car has needed fuses/bulbs etc replaced. They have done this and not charged for those parts. Would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.
I was recommended to get tracking done from West 6 Auro by Trade Tyers (Uxbridge Road). All I can say is its a great place ti get your car checked out and repaired, deffo recommended this place, staff is friendly honest and kind. They sorted me out in no time quick and easy. Glad to have found this gem.
