The business will probably go down bill if they do not get another mechanic besides this Jeff. I don’t have enough space to mention every thing that was done/said wrong. Long story short I’m no 800$ spent here later sitting at Bowen tire to pay for my 2nd alignment because my steering wheel now sits crooked and after getting 4 new tires I was told they wobble and feel like they are going to fall off because two of my rims are all the sudden bent? Horrible service and waste of a lot of money. I’m fixing to find out if the tires were even mounted and balanced right since they wobble and after the so called alignment my steering wheel is crooked. JEFF told me I woood have to pay to have to pay him for another alignment to fix my steering wheel he messed up then my ole man talked to him and he told him he would try to fix it then we get there and he says it’s not possible and he can’t just aweful I hope I can find out why my entire car shakes after leaving this place
We drove in with our dully and was out within 30 minutes after having the left inside tire fixed. Jeff did a great job.
Mechanic was EXCELLENT! When Ford & another place were busy with lunch & just yo busy, we were fortunate enough to get to Wes's. Turns out it was an emergency situation & he worked so hard to be sure we got out vehicle safely fixed.
They got me in at a moments notice fixed my exhaust and got me back on the road, only quieter????.. I would recommend this shop to everyone!!
Right front wheel Bearings /Hub assembly installed / tires rotate. Dropped it off 4 hours later it was back on the road. Great job
Terrible place!!!! You would think the they don’t work on cars or something! Every single time I’ve called it’s as if they’re surprised your calling about wanting to get it fixed. Don’t waist your time.
