Spacious car park, free of charge, safe. Park is absolutely amazing, there is a cafe (both hot food and drinks served, ice cream, deserts, soft drinks, has seats ourside and inside, although closes quite early even in the summer, around 4pm). There is also a skateboard place, toilets, routes, kids playground, waterfall, and castle. Plenty of things to do here, could definitely spent an entire day here.
All of it is free including the parking.
Nice walk upto ewloe castle from here with some waterfalls and other bits and bobs to see along the way.
Great place for a day out, fabulous waterfall and nature walk all the way to the ruins at the end of the trail.
Excellent place to go for a free day out.lovely Park for kids.very easy to get around due to walk ways. I'm on crutches at the moment but I managed to walk around.easy access for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Dog friendly but no dogs allowed on play area even on leads.grandchillren love it here
Free car park, but I would suggest charging 1£ or something per car, and use it to clean up the stream side bushes. Was there end of May 2023 and does need some Tlc for the stream not for the car park. Car park is nicely maintained to cater to approx 100 cars
Recently expanded, this car park is spacious and in good condition. It is also free to use :)
Great park been numerous times with family and friends. Good walk up to the castle ruins. Also took some other paths when we came down great for walking/hiking. Nice visitors centre very clean. Grandchildren loved it too. A park for them to explore and have fun in.
Huge car park with nice gaps to get the children and dogs out of the car and only a few seconds from the play ground.
