Pretty disgusting the people employed by tax payers themselves CHOOSE not to return calls of concerned citizens. Kim, I'm looking at you. Do your job, or get a new one. We are ALL tired of your reckless drivers.
UPDATE: Someone deleted my ongoing notes about repeat offenses of bus drivers doing far over the speed limit in the LSLCA subdivision under Q&A, so I will start over here, that way you cannot delete it.

I hate to write bad reviews as I’m sure most of the facility is great but I feel like no one is hearing me. The last two years we have had the worst experience. Bus 27 driver (I won’t say her name) is awful and hates children. She regularly leaves children behind (both going to school and coming home) my child complained of a sore throat and the driver refused to take her home (even the school nurse was irritated and confused why she wouldn’t take her home) because she said “I don’t clean up throw up and won’t take a sick kid; get off the bus and go tell a teacher inside!” she regularly raises her voice at the kids and on SO many occasions children come off the bus crying about how they have been treated. I have issued multiple complaints as have other parents I have spoken to about this. This women should not be working with children and nothing is done about it. I wish it was in my power to drive my children to school as the way this women behaves makes me sick
I work there! So I am biased ???? there's always room for improvement is why I only put 4 stars. But I LOVE my job! Great place to work ????????♀️
Never can reach anyone when you call in ever regardless of what dept you pick. Have kiddos who require specialized transportation and sometimes they don’t show up. You call in leave messages and they don’t bother returning. Utterly ridiculous!!!!
Outstanding Specialized Transportation department definitely higher quality! The kind, and highly quality bus aides, and bus drivers deserve a raise! I’m so happy to have had Vito, and bus aides for Early Childhood as well as Vito again for late Elementary School for my young son Tony! Mrs. Johanna and Bus Aides are my sons new favorite staff members! # 131 bus. ???????? Thanks Mrs. Johanna we appreciate your assistance. Hats off to you and the bus aides everyone is so sweet!
I haven't had many experiences with school district bus garages but so far this one has been far better than the Francis Howell School district. My only complaint is that my daughter's bus sometimes will pick up parts of other routes (bc of driver shortage) and not give notification that they will be running late. Other than that I've had no problems.
This is one of the worse transportation districts I've ever dealt with, the bus is never on correct time always having trouble my kids get bullied and nothing done about it. The driver is always rude and last year heard her yelling at the kids in an unprofessional matter. This disappoints me as the school district is good but transportation sucks, these are our baby's standing in freezing temps for 20 mins or more cause the driver can't prepare sooner to make it on time , our kids standing like today in freezing temps while pouring rain and because we have inclement weather should have left sooner to be on time they were massively late and my kids where so soaked I had to take them dry close to school. I think this timing thing needs to be addressed for the saftey of our kids.
So the overall everyday drop off and pick up has never really been an issue, although on a 13 degree morning the driver came early so my kids missed the bus. When I called they said he would be back in 2-3 mins so the kids ran back out to the stop and 10 freezing mins later it finally arrived. Prior to that we had issues with the activity bus, on several occasions. We had just moved to Wentzville and the bus would drop him off 2-3 miles from home and tell him they didn't come all the way to our neighborhood, so he would have to find his way home. This happened 2 times, then the 3rd time it dropped him off at a stop located off Peine and he had to walk all the way home which we are all the way past N Prairie Pointe. Halfway home my son had a nosebleed and a stranger was kind enough to stop and help him. I called the office to find out why it would not bring him closer and it was like I was bothering them. After explaining why it was unacceptable for him to be dropped that far from home, they agreed to start dropping off at the entrance to our neighborhood. As much as we pay for taxes you would think interactions would be friendlier or at least empathetic, however that seems to never be the case when I call in, which has only been a few times. Definitely makes us miss our old school district
