Took my kiddo to lunch today had the pretzel baconator. I noticed that the storage changed a lot in the last year. It’s a cleaner better environment. The staff, friendly earth, or faster in the food is always fresh. Shout out to the manager for bringing me napkins to the table Thank you you must have a little ones at home
Last several times that I have come through the drive through, my orders have been incorrect and then having to return into the lobby for long waits in order to get the order corrected. Staff is impatient and cannot seem to take a simple order and or allowing you to attempt to speak your order without unnecessary interruptions. Customer service has died with this generation of kids!
I have enjoyed this spot for a few years . But recently their quality is so far from even normal I would recommend dumpster diving for your next meal before going here. Not only is the lobby gross while empty so no excuse, they have several menu items they can’t seem to have ready by lunch. And you’re better off telling drive thru to surprise you then ordering because that’s what they are gonna do anyway. Apparently if you ask for an item xtra that is added normal they will take it off completely.
If you ask for chicken or beef instead you will get a mystery sandwich that you can discover after unwrapping later.
Personally I won't eat the garbage we call fast food, but I did a favor and bought a meal for the hungry man sitting at the gas station next door.
While enduring a noticeably long wait for the order in an empty lobby, I could see that the floor was gross: soda syrup stains, food wrappers under the tables.
Unwiped tables with crumbs. These things are little if the place was packed with customers, but it was empty other than maybe a couple of cars in the drive through.
Then the guy I bought the food for noticed they gave him something different than what I ordered. There is a difference between a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger....Go figure huh?
Fairly decent food, prices are alright but nothing to write home about. Biggest nitpick was the store cleanliness. It wasn't disgustingly dirty but there were quite a few tables that needed wiping down and the garbage can was in a bit of a disarray.
Tasty burger, though. Bit more expensive than the McDonald's equivalent, but the meat and bun are slightly larger.
My husband and I always stop at this Wendy's on the way home to CA. They're one of the only places open in the area early enough for us to get breakfast. Food is always hot, fresh, and tasty!
Hands down best hamburger in roseburg I eat out a lot first time going to this Wendy's I'm from Louisiana so I was ruined by Wendy's there but the one in roseburg has the best hamburger I ever ate here even better then red Robin hamburger it's been a long time since I had fresh hot food every thing was hot and fresh
Not sure why low reviews! Fabulous food and service. Prices reasonable compared to other fast food restaurants
