If i was the owner i would be so embarrassed. SO DISGUSTING. picked up my mobile order, ordered an original chicken sandwich and this is what i got. Definitely not what I ordered, but I wouldn't eat it even if it's what I did ordered. This food literally looks foul. I've never went to wendys and had food look like this.
The unprofessionalism was insane. They had a child (that knew a worker) running through the parking lot in and out of DRIVING cars. I am so angry this is what I had when I got home and opened my order.
I got fast food so I would have time to eat something between work and an event. Instead I didn't get to eat anything because when I tried to call to see if they could make the correct sandwich for me to pick up, no one would answer the phone, i barely had time to go back as it was and honestly didn't even think I wanted ANYTHING from there at that point.
Not surprised no one answered the phone as I'm sure they were too busy ****ing off with the same friends that were there when i was in there.
I didn't even eat the fries, they were cold, nasty and clearly the bottom of the barrel as rhey were all tiny pieces of fried crunch.
Lady who took my order in the drive thru had no clue what she was doing, and extremely quiet. She put in my order wrong, I knew because it was less that what it usually is. When I ask to confirm if she got it right she said yes, went to pay and asked to confirm it again and she said yes. Up the road and realized nothing was right. When I went inside to get the right order the lady had ear buds in. They also had the balls to try and upcharge me because of THEIR mistake. Even when I got my food it was horrible. Baconator was lukewarm, borderline on cold. The fries were cold, soggy, and mushy. Not only my worst Wendy's experience, but the worst customer service in my life.
I went through the drive through for lunch and the cashier was great! Very friendly and kind. My food was awful my bun was so greasy and hard eww the fries were burnt and hard and my nuggets I only got 3. My co worker order she got a salad and the cheese was melted all over the chicken and lettuce. This was awful and I would say check ur food before u leave the drive through cause if not u maybe disappointed like I was when I got back to my office.
How, and I cannot stress this enough is this place STILL in business. I’ve never encountered more lazy, rude people in my life. We ordered, gave them a QR code to scan and the dude said “we can’t scan those” they’re LITERALLY released by Wendy’s, he said we had to go home print it out and come back, we still received the wrong order and their answer was “well that’s what we gave you” hahaha, seriously, stay away from this dump
Wow, what more can be said about the Wendy's in Kennedy Twp. Awful service terrible food quality and portion size. I keep going back every week or so hoping that they have resolved these issues but it's always the same. Paying people more without proper training or supervision won't fix the issues that they have. This is the fries that I got with my last order at the drive thru. The portion contained about 10 fries. They did not fall to the bottom of the bag. Get your act together Wendy's. When you get it right you have the best fast food out there.
Nothing like having to drive thru a cloud of weed smoke to get to the menu to order. Then I get a luke warm hamburger, yummy. Small fry portion, but at least they were hot. What a joke this place is. I see Wendy's standards on hiring have hit rock bottom.
This place stinks. very poor food, served cold. and the bag was thrown at me on counter. Fry cook throwing baskets around. Counter girl was rude. 5/7/2024 1:50 pm.
We ordered on the app we go and pick up our food to find out they aren't even serving one of the items we ordered although it was still on the app instead of them telling us when we checked in they wait till we pull up to tell us then when we tried ordering something else we had to go back through the drive thru to order something else in the meantime we already have the rest of our food that we order so by the time we get back to eat our food it was cold
