I like this location service was fast food was nice and hot. I often have to grab something quick while at work and a lot of fast food places aren’t fast food anymore but the service here will keep people coming back. And they had everything a lot of places don’t have what everything. The manager Rashad certainly understands fast food with great quality keep up the great work.
The food was fine, but the staff were not very good at their jobs: they have a screen that should tell them everything to put on our trays, but they didn't seem to understand that... when I went up to the counter to get our trays, they weren't ready, they asked me if everything was there, and I had to go through my receipt and ask for the fries and drinks that we'd ordered.
When I came into the store I was pleasantly surprised on how quick Rashad ( the person who took care of me ) rung me order up and got it together and it was cooked to order. Will definitely be back
We arrived right at lunchtime, and our food was fresh and hot. The cashier was entertaining. This location is often extremely busy due to their location in the food desert that is downtown but not this day.
I don’t normally do reviews but I was greeted by Rashad and he made an impression on me that service was important! I appreciated that as you don’t experience that in many places anymore! He’s a keeper
This is my favorite Wendy's to go to. It's close to my job. Usually the workers are friendly and also the food is usually served fresh. I would have given 5 stars if the restroom wasn't shut down. Thank you for the fresh food.
This is my new favorite location, My food was fresh and hot Rashad had great customer service and it was fast like a fast food line should be. Keep it up!!!
