Usually not the one to complain about this but the workers are genuinely just so rude. Had the drive thru lady audibly gasp oh my God in an annoyed tone when I asked for extra barbecue sauce when they only gave 1 sauce for 10 nuggets. It’s not just this one instance either. Other than that the food is fine the service just sucks
I came through the drive through tonight and I didn’t get her name. But the lady with the red hair taking my order was very very rude! She had the nastiest attitude during the whole time my order was being taken. I really hope somebody speaks with her because if you don’t wanna work then don’t! There should be no reason to be that disrespectful also rushing me saying “Anything else? & that’s all?” Just to order a Dave’s double and they only put one patty on my burger. What a shame! And they don’t even give you a receipt.
Stepped in for a very late lunch, went with the single patty Dave's combo with fries and a drink ($10). The burger was good, and bread, lettuce, and tomato were all fresh, though the mayo was a bit much. The fries were not soggy or limp. Inside was nice and clean with the music at a good level.
The last couple times I went to this Wendy’s customer service was great, and the workers were friendly. But this evening I went through the drive-through, and the girl that was taking my order, had no personality Was not friendly, and was very rushy when I was ordering and she seemed like she was annoyed when I had asked a question. If she doesn’t like her job, then maybe she shouldn’t be working there.
I'm not one to give a bad review over one experience, so I can say this has to be the worst food we've eaten of late .The fries once again were warm at best. They were stale and soggy. Didn't Wendys have a new fry that was going to keep hot and crispy?The burger was luke warm again. It just seems to be a continuous thing. We ordered the new frosty and it wasn't even good. I got a small and it was the size of a urine specimen cup haha. If your not going to give a legit size for the money then don't serve it at all. Your only hurting yourself. Give a GOOD product at a fair price. You have to make money absolutely but you have to give a product worth buying. Wendys has gotten away from quality.
Just as good as any other Wendy's. New building. Food was good. Just like any other fast food nowadays, expensive. It was just my 9 year old and I and our bill was over $20. Way to expensive for a burger meal and nuggets. The only reason they got a 5 star from me was the service and staff were excellent. Very nice and friendly people. If you go directly across the street to Popeye's, staff is outright rude. This new Wendy's is a blessing in Casselberry.
Clean, staff was constantly wiping tables. Customer service was great, only issue I had was my fires where cold. The staff made sure it was corrected as I got fresh fries with no issues. Definitely the best wendys around the area if you ask me

I ordered a Dave's Single through the app for pickup inside. I've consistently had good burgers here. The French toast sticks were awful, though. You can sit in the restaurant. But eat your food and get out. There are outlet strips along the wall. But they don't work. The front door says FREE WiFi, but don't linger here to use it. The restrooms are single and are clean. But have signs you must be a customer. If you are using drive-thru, you'll avoid the unwelcome vibe of the dining area.
