No reason a brand new Wendys should be under these dirty conditions. Smells bad just walking in.
Today drive thru.
Ordered fries no salt.
They had me pull over for them.
They brought me cold salted fries.
I walked in and asked for no salt again.
Manager screams out to a kid in the back.
“Didn’t u do these no salt” kid looks lost walks over n points into the fry bin n the manager grabbed a few fries w tongs.
No salt means no salt but I was on lunch and didn’t want the devil to take over my reactions.
So I left…
Didn’t get the bbq for the old spongy nuggets!
Manager looked sloppy and unprofessional.
The slowest and the worst service of any Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Seriously the ownership needs to get a grip on this place. Staff is rude and you sit in the drive thru for very extended periods of time. We’ve tried this place now a few times and every time is the same exact situation. Clean house and find better management is the best place to start! This type of service is a direct reflection on absentee ownership who frankly just doesn’t care about the success of their business. Ugh, I hate to see it happen to any business especially being a business owner myself. Hopefully this review doesn’t fall on deaf ears and action is taken to improve what could be a great location. The Land o Lakes area is small and word travels fast, the community deserves better. You’ve lost my business until things can change. It won’t take long until no one shows up.
Do better Wendys!
We stopped in to grab a bite to eat at a new Wendy’s location. Upon going in the door the entrance was messy had to step over trash. The overall experience was a good one including the food. The manager seemed to have everything running smoothly behind the counter. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the dining area
This is a kiosk order only wendys.....not very customer service oriented. Feel like a number and not a customer.....nuggets and fries were old which they shouldn't be since you don't take orders anymore
The dinning room is always dirty and sticky, staff seem to be busy hanging outside smoking cigarettes right outside the front door. None of the bathrooms had paper towels and I had to ask for some, the employee said they don’t have the keys to put in paper towels, only management has it, where’s management then? At my second visit, when I came in, the manager (short lady with grey hair) was screaming and yelling at her employees, it was very off putting and I felt embarrassed for her employees. I thought it would be nice to have somewhere quick to grab lunch but each time I’m disappointed and grossed out.
Meh. Most of the negative reviews here I assume it's from ppl who want everything to be perfect from a FAST FOOD rest.
The staff are nice enough and they always give me my food exactly how I ordered it. I've also gone in a few times to pick up uber eats deliveries and never had an issue other than they take a bit of time to get the food done.
Overall, it's a decent wendys. No complaints. I wait if I have to because nowadays staff members are harassed by the littlest of things and the jobs stressful enough.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever seen. The mgr who has short gray hair verbally assualts staff in front of patrons & was incredibly rude to me because the server made a mistake on my order. Important to note, I was not at all upset, having worked in food & beverage I know mistakes happen...no big deal! But, this woman was acting down right disgusting toward her employee & it was embarrassing to witness. I'll never return and will tell all of my neighbors.
This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever encountered! It was after 11 at night. There were two young girls working there. My husband and I went to the location. I wasn’t feeling well but I wanted something to eat for one. No one was in line but they have you holding at the window speaker then when you pull up, I hear the coughing over the food and found out that was the manager the shift manager that was fixing food and I asked the young lady at the window. Do they wear gloves she said yes, but she didn’t have one. I taste the burger and it taste terrible and I said it may have been because the cook who was the shift manager was coughing and I could hear her in the window. Her name was Addie. She said she was a shift manager what Addie didn’t know is I own a business as well and I will make sure that Better Business Bureau knows and the corporate office knows I asked her could I have the corporate number or the manager of the store, she would not give me the information. She told me to look it up and she slammed the window in my face and I wanna make sure she is fired permanently. We are well respected military family that lives in the community right across the street of this establishment and I would never want anyone working for me with that type of attitude. She doesn’t need to be working for anyone she never knows who’s at the window , I wasn’t feeling well and I hadn’t eaten anything and I had to take my food back. She refused to refund me as well. She closed the window and my husband and I face I don’t want her to ever Be allowed to serve anyone and I will make sure of it by reporting her to whom ever I need to even if it’s the owner of Wendy’s. I have connections to do so! I usually don’t go to that location because they never have fresh food. When they say it’s fresh it’s stale. Whomever owns this location needs to start completely over with staff and training of Customer customer service! OK she said she couldn’t take our food back because of Covid but I said you didn’t think of Covid when you were coughing over my food, nor did you have any mask on! This is unacceptable! I will make sure this message gets to corporate Better Business Bureau and the owner of Wendy’s! Addy And no one else will be able to go through what I went through tonight!
