I just left from there. (5/25 2:35pm) horrible service. I wasn’t given a receipt. Your wonderful cashier told me to pull to second window and slammed the window in my face. I drive to the second window where your second wonderful CASHIER hands me a drink and says “no ice, sorry” .. then proceeds to slam the window. He then hands me a bag and slams the window again. I really just left this comment to say you all could’ve put the ice cold food in my drink for the substitution of the ice. I will never return. ✌????
So last Thursday my sister came to this Wendy’s and was ordering food and she heard these ADULT WOMEN decided to say “Look at the window, big back” which is calling my sister fat and I DO NOT tolerate anyone saying things like this. This Wendy’s needs to fix their workers this is unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS!!! They are terrible people. When I went to call them about this I started to complain and they decided to hang up in my face so I called back and started to complain again and they said have a good day and I said you need to fix your employees and I hung up. DO NOT GO!
I did a mobile order and order a chili with cheese why in my bag they didnt have crackers or chili sauce or spoon or napkins and didnt even put the cheese in it so disappointed in wendys service and whoever made the Chili did a bad job it was mostly Juice in it barely no beans or meat in at all!!!
I really like this wendys in the morning afternoon hours food is fresh customer service is great!!! But the night shift I'm not if they don't care, not listening, I never have a good experience my food was cold my strawberry lemonade was watered down nugget they gave me were old and asked for an orange frosty and gave a chocolate one!!! I would've went back but it was late!!! I'm not sure if management will see but need to your night crew to tighten up!!!
The main reason this location got a 2 star is because I typically don't have too many issues out of this location but tonight I'm writing because there wasn't a receipt that would've normally came with my food to participate in a survey. And the only thing that was decent was the fries that were fresh cause the Panko Fish sandwich I ordered a few minutes ago tonight was old or refried because it was so tough to bite into and basically wasted my money grabbing this in my busy day. Definitely don't come here after management has left for the day cause evenings you can get anything any kind of way. Bad enough the line was long and took over 10 minutes to get through drive through.
The manager tonight was very unprofessional! I called to let them know they left my burgers out of the bag! I heard the employee say in the background that we pulled off. The manager was rude on the first call! The second call was worse when I called back to explain to her that I heard the young lady say we pulled off! But she had NO listening skills! The employee gave us our drinks! She gave us our bag! We sat there for a second to ask her about the drink and she answered and that was it! Did not say I had to wait or anything else! The manager was RUDE on the phone! GHETTO! So I decided to get a refund instead of the food after driving 15 miles back! Literally had to pull back out my driveway! I got there and Told the young lady I just want a refund! She was polite! BUT THIS manager (light skinned with blonde hair, I guess) did not speak or say anything to me! I’ve never seen a manager in all my life act in this manner and I use to work in the restaurant business! She was agitated and downright rude! She took my food and slammed it in the trash! Like I cursed her out or something! I will be calling corporate in the morning! She needs more training on customer service! Clearly she has NO CLUE! And definitely don’t need to be working in any management position with the way she behaved tonight!
After waiting in line for 30 minutes we got: 1 large tea, 1 medium, and 1 straw We ordered 3 large sweet teas. Of The 4 fries we ordered we got 2. Of 2 meals we ordered we got 1. Never going back
It's inside a truck stop, a very clean truck stop. Friendly service, fast and fresh. Hot food, cold drinks. Staff acted like they enjoy being there. Oh did I tell you the place was clean
