This place has really improved over the past year. I have been a few times lately and the service was great, food was good, fries were fresh, and the orange frosty was amazing!
The lobby was freezing as soon as we walked in. My husband had to wait for the workers to leave the men's restroom and was told to not use the urinal. (Apparently someone had used it for something else and clogged it.) I ordered a chocolate frosty and question fries. I got a frosty with part of it dripping down the side of the cup, no lid. The queso fries that were handed to us was a small basket of fries with still cold shredded cheese on top. Ot wasn't until after my husband took them back that they said they were waiting for the cheese sauce to heat up. All the employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Everything here at Wendy’s used to be good, until they hired lazy people who don’t know or care about doing their job good. The fries are cold and often times burnt. I always order a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger from there and the bacon is either always raw, or they’re very stingy with putting bacon. I checked right now and there’s is only one tiny piece of bacon on my burger. They need to get new employees who actually know what they’re doing and actually care about customer satisfaction.
This was probably the best service I’ve ever had at any fast food place in the last 10+ years! We were there on Sat, Oct 28, 2023, about 2:45pm. The cashier was pleasant, patient, and very polite. My order was 100% correct, food was fresh and fast! Will go back to this location again. Much better experience than we get locally in Pueblo. That cashier needs to be given a raise because she was amazing. She was even attentive to the soda machine when it was out of one of the flavors we wanted. Everyone needs to take lessons from her! I just wished I remembered her name!
This Wendy's is open until 11:00 p.m. on Tuesdays. I pulled into the drive-thru at 10:54 p.m. on Tuesday night, there was a car in the Drive-Thru being served, yet when I pulled up I was told they were closed. It was not yet 11:00. If a business puts their hours up on their doors and on the internet as 11:00 p.m. closing time then consumers should be able to order up until 11:00. This happens all too frequently with many businesses, particularly restaurants, it will not hurt the employees to stay open until the actual closing time and serve the customers that are waiting. It is not too much to ask particularly when the hours posted say 11:00 p.m.
Excellent food and service. Came in with a sports team and a coach and bus driver got free food. All of our orders were out fast and the food was great. Best Wendy’s I've had.

They shorted me a chicken BLT. They often have missing items. The crisoy xhucjen should also be juicy, i got a pretty flat dry piece of chicken. Other than that, I always get good service!!
