The night mrgs was rude, asking replacements of my lettuce and tomato, and they told me no. It looks old, and the meat replacement told me no .looks old cheese old .And something was going wrong with their app. And the white mrg put the white dude thru. And told me she couldn't do it for me it's their app . It was for the Dave single and double
Terrible attitude from a worker when simply trying to scan a reward code. Host name was Kyra and cashier name was Nadia through the drive through. Customers don’t deserve that kinda treatment, when you have not trained your people effectively. That’s on your manager/staff NOT US. Never going back to this location ‼️
This Wendy’s always delivers hot and fresh breakfast food and beverages. One of my favorite fast food places. I’ve also have visited this Wendy’s for breakfast and lunch. Fresh meat and their French fries are always on point. Never stale, coke, or overly cooked. Their fries are Always good and fresh. Service is fast and professional. Parking is limited and sometimes the drive-thru gets very busy.
I ordered food from this location this afternoon and I contacted my delivery service because I had a problem. My chicken sandwiches were RAW! Pink in the middle and rubbery!! Delivery service Uber won’t allow me to get a refund and I had to go hungry during my work lunch break. Huge disappointment and I’m disgusted! The only salvageable part of my meal in my order was the drenched baconator fries downed in oil.
What a joke! Stopped here around 330pm on a Saturday and was rudly told they aren't taking orders right now. No apology or further explanation. This is why I don't normally bother with fast food but I wanted to get my kid a treat after their first basketball game. When I pulled out to leave there were multiple employees inside, one of which was eating behind the counter! So disgusting so I suppose it's best we couldn't order
Whenever I come here, the food is always above a 10 out of 10. In particular their chili. They always have a phenomenal attitude, they are very personable people, and very kind.
I have white glove treatment when I come to this location.
Shout out to the Associate Bell’s. She makes me feel like I’m eating from my mother’s kitchen.
I used the drive thru one afternoon. I used my mobile app at the payment window and the lady there was completely unprofessional when my screen turned off. She yelled at me for no good reason. Hope she gets fired
A coworker and I stopped to use the restroom. She waited at least 10 minutes in line just to get the code for the bathroom. No ice for the drink that she had to buy to get the code. And there was no handle on the door to get in on the main side so I ended up opening the door for the multiple people that entered while I waited. I can't even imagine how the service was from the people behind the counter.
