1 the attitude you get in the drive thru is unreal.
2 the manager in the background saying don't say anything at all. ( Better not cause that would be embarrassing for that mananger.
3 if y'all wanna be paid 15 a hour learn to make a order correct like your gonna eat it
1 the wrap wasn't even wrapped right at all. No sauce on it at all
2 no tomatoes was asked on the burger but someone don't know either how to hear or listen
I wish the owner would actually do something with the place as it's gone to hell with customer service
Honestly the management isn't the greatest here. The atmosphere depends on what crew they have at night and what manager is on duty it seems. On several different occasions they haven't had potatoes and that's really the only thing I eat there. I think someone really needs to observe this restaurant's crew and how it works.
I'm not much of a fast food person. This stop was a necessity because we were traveling and had several hours still to go. When I do fast food, it's usually something different so I have fresher choices. I was not impressed with Wendy's, and I don't know if it was this Wendy's or all of them. Meh.
Friendly staff, was a bit busy so took longer than normal - but food was quality and fresh! Clean store.
I love Wendy's as she is quite old and has been around for years. You can never go wrong with a trip in to Wendy! I love her Chili.
Thanks for never having anything in stock. Sure is easy to share one person's meal with three. And pay for three. Would be tragic if you closed down. Well maybe
They were serving up rotten tomatoes and not changing out their greese! It was black when I went their last! Disgusting! The drive through girl and manager are super rude and told me they won't serve me lunch when it was 1 min from 1030am when they serve it. Lobby is always closed, when suppose to be open!!

I'm downgrading.... I can't believe I paid $10+ for a pretzel baconator. TEN DOLLARS and it was missing half the ingredients!!!

My opinion of my experience today ...
BRONZE level of service! They didn't even earn a Sterling medal. For sure not GOLD.
Dude.... it was just some French fries. You should have just given in.
Pumpkin spice coffee is gross in my opinion.
