I am filing a complaint with Wendy's regarding my recent order. The fries were incomplete, and the soda was not only half-full but also unsealed. For health and safety reasons, I cannot consume a soda that arrived without its safety seal intact.
Absolutely disgusting. Found a bunch of white small curly hairs on the lettuce of my chicken sandwich.
Went through the drive thru last night. This Wendy’s utilizes AI ordering and it’s awful and should have never been implemented. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s or any Wendy’s who utilizes AI ordering over human ordering. It takes twice as long as normal ordering and regularly gets things incorrect or doesn’t recognize what you’re saying. Would not recommend this restaurant.
Update: gave it another try and the service at the drive through on Sunday, Sept. 18 at 3:25 pm.was friendly and efficient. The young lady was great. After waiting in a pick up spot for 2 min. My food did came out just as ordered and fresh and hot.
No personality! This is a order by screen only. Order system is not simple as 2 guests had to ask for assistance. Screens (as well as screen on soda machine) are dirty and not appear to be wiped down in a long period of time. No welcome gesture to the 20 guests coming in during our visit. Service was slow and unfriendly. The girl in the photo was soft spoken when calling out order names, you could not hear her.
Employees appeared not to be happy and definitely not friendly or helpful.
One feature of the location that is a positive was the long sink outside the restrooms for hand washing.
We Might give them another try.
They need to work on customer service skills. Also, your new computer system sucks. The staff was great. The female manager on duty was atrocious. Barking at those poor kids because she made a mistake. No way to treat your younger workers.
*Update: Next door at Wawa I noticed the clientele looked mean and the staff there had the same unsmiling service. I wonder if the staff at this Wendy’s has had to not smile so they don’t get unwanted attention. Their service skills need help but that can come with training.
8:25 am. Unsmiling service. Three people behind the counter made eye contact but didn’t smile, eyebrows were down. No greeting. Front room you only order with kiosks so we did drive through. Person on mic didn’t move her lips so hard to understand. My husband ordered coffee, asks for cream and sweetener. Person on mic says “Ok,” not how many creams or sweeteners like at McDonald’s.
When we got to the window person on mic looked at us deadpan and said, “Are you two orders?” We were confused why she’d ask that. No smile, no good morning, just that plus “Pull forward.”
Nobody in line behind is but they had us pull forward and park and wait for the breakfast sandwich and coffee.
Finally brought the coffee after 4 minutes. My husband says, “Where’s the sandwich?” Person says, “Huh? Oh, sorry.”
With no stirrer they gave him sugar packets, not sweetener, and a cup of milk for the coffee. The last girl with blond hair brought out his sandwich and said, “Excuse me,” as a greeting and said, “Sorry,” with a lightened expression, not a smile but at least not frowning like earlier.
Sandwich was good! The potatoes were shaped like flat French fries and he didn’t like the seasoning on them so he didn’t eat them. I hate to waste so I went in to ask for sweetener. The blond girl again was the most helpful. I clarified Splenda or pink packet and she asked how much (many) and gave me 3. The sweetener was chunky like the packets were slightly moist. The coffee was surprisingly good quality, like Colombian coffee.
This is a new location for me. It's near my work and first time there. I went during peak lunch time. Very well trained staff. You have a choice of drive thru, or go inside and place your order through the kiosk. My wait was about 20 minutes, but the staff was very friendly and on spot making deliveries to both window, mobile and take out. I consider this a well established locations. Staff did an amazing job and friendly for a stressful environment. ????
Should of listened to the reviews. Didnt give me a receipt, got my order wrong because i asked for a crispy chicken not some bacon burger because I dislike bacon, and to add onto that im missing my nuggets. Lets add the cherry ontop, called 5 times, no answer. Feels like a total scam going here. Disgusting
