45 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order and it was still wrong. I had to go inside to get missing stuff. 3 minutes for a spoon. Food was messy, bun was torn as the photos show.
I had to wait 10 more minutes at the door for my food. The lady came out and said theirs manager is making it really hard on them. What in the world!!
I want my money back. And my time.
Door was locked, only the drive-through was open and incredibly slow. I feel bad for the lady working the window. She looked like she was there by herself.
This "fast food" was slower than going to the grocery store, buying fries and nuggets and putting them in the air fryer at home!
I don't want to write a poor review but I will be honest. I went during the week for lunch. I wanted the fish sandwich. I waited inline for 20 minutes along with 4 others cars. I know they are understaffed. They were polite enough. The fish tasted good. Better than the other place with an M. Fries were a little under done for me. If you were not in a hurry and this was your only location, then I would give it a try.
If I could give this Wendy's a zero star I would. I was there for 15 min in the drive through without moving. Then I parked and went inside. I stood in like another 15 and want to guess how many folks they took an order from ? 1. Who was in the process of paying when I walked in. The lines were long, people were walking out, and the folks there working didn't explain why it was taking so long. I'm pretty understanding as I've worked in fast food. But goodness thus happens every time I've tried to go there. So be warned to not go there unless you want to spend your lunch hour just waiting.
This is the worsed Wendy’s in the city. I ordered a double big classic burger and got a double burger. My son ordered a ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich, what he got was a chicken sandwich. No ghost pepper cheese and no ranch sauce. Absolutely insane. You need to close that store!!!!!
I came through about 8:30 for breakfast.. the car in front of me saw the lunch menu up and kept going, but I was already there and figured I'd give it a shot. I asked if they were open and they said they were. I told them that the lunch menu was up, but that I'd try to order anyways. The lady was super friendly but I had to explain my order a couple times. The potatoes were cold but overall the food was good and I would come back.
I have been to this location twice. The first time was just regular ole terrible fast food experience. You get that from time to time. But the second time my experience made me want to scream. I hate Wendy’s. In fact, I may have a bias against redheads now. My ex is a redhead so I guess this confirms my bias.
Anyway I lost the plot there but this location is truly terrible, almost impressively so.
Location NEVER has the oatmeal bar when I try to order it. Today I ordered just the potatoes since they once again didn’t have the oatmeal bar. The cashier gave me an order or potatoes that felt like they hadn’t even been kept under a heat lamp. They were cold and she was annoyed that I asked her to replace them with warm was. She snatched the bag and let out a heavy sigh.
Considering it was the only thing I ordered, one would think they would make sure they are fresh. This isn’t my first poor encounter at this location, and after this one I will not return.
