Got the Orange Frosty. Almost taste like an orange push-up pop from back in the day, almost. Still refreshing after a hot day.
She was so worried about her “timer”. What is she talking about?. I was being harassed about moving forward when it’s 6am in the morning and nobody was behind me at all. She served me frozen sausage and egg cheese biscuit because I didn’t understand what they meant about the “timer”. I gave it back and they gave me one that was warmer. They did this on purpose. Mean people here. Very rude. Especially the lady with the red braids. She is not happy and hates her job which makes me not want to come back. I wish her well in her future. God bless who takes her on with her attitude. She’s mean.
I don’t know who is working the window, but the guy is a serious jerk and does not need to be working there. Never have I ever been disrespected like that by anyone. Didn’t tell me my total. Didn’t tell me to pull up or drive around. Didn’t tell me after I pulled up how much the total was. He just looked at me like I’m some kinda of idiot. Then he gives my food and avoids eye contact completely. Gets my drink wrong. Didn’t give me sauce, and didn’t give me a straw. I sit there for 5 minutes while he’s circling around making drinks and talking to his staff like garbage. Then I finally get the attention of a front lobby cashier and he politely gets me the straw. Then after the fact, he takes his headset off and finally acknowledges me and said what’s wrong. I said he already got it. Didn’t say even say “oh ok my bad have a good night!”. No, instead he just doesn’t say a word and then he slams the sliding door in my face. Like bruh if you hate your job then quit. Don’t take it out on other people in the evening. I’m a business owner and if I had that kind of attitude on the job - fired. On the spot. Just get out. Bye ????
I never like to comment on any service industry, but today I really want to talk about the service here. I ordered a pick-up service here today, and when I got to the window, the lady there was just angry because I didn't follow the procedure she said to pick up the food. When I was about to drive away, I could still hear her saying nasty things. I have never seen anyone serve like this. I wonder what the hiring guidelines of Wendy's are?

Gave them a second chance and .... They had sticky floors... I'm still a badass so only 1star deduction
Ordered breakfast. Sausage croissant and a coke. It was fine. No complaints.
The employees are unpleasant and disrespectful. There are numerous flies as well. If you want any utensils or napkins you have to ask for it. If you want anything done, do it yourself. I wouldn't give the manager a single minute at Chick-fil-A.
What a filthy store. Water all over the cooking area floor, towel dispenser in bathroom doesn’t work, so employees cannot wash their hands(!). I told an employee and he just shrugged his shoulders. His Wendy’s brim/eye shade was absolutely grimy. Hands were filthy.
I walked out. Went across the street.
