I just eight dollars and some jingle for a BACONATOR.......... and this is what I got. Plus, 2.99 for this bladder busting soda. I'm on a fixed income......... no more Wendy's.
Drive thru for a salad - couldn't understand a word the cashier said and when I asked him to repeat he ignored it and asked for my order. Stuck his hand out for my card, walked away, came back and shoved the salad out without even acknowledging me.
I mean the salad was fine but maybe do some retraining on customer service.
I ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup, lettuce and mayo. I got a dry burger with ketchup and a bun. My fries where old and stiff. Never got my cup of water but that was the least of my worries. This place is ran by city people and old people that never learned a skill. Eat at your own risk.
Waited in line inside the store .
Eight minutes being the only person in line to order, was totally ignored. Tried to grab their attention but the staff was oblivious to customer service. Will NOT ever go to this location ever again (Transit and Wherle)

Used the drive through not pleased at all with the staff girl in the drive through was very unpleasant and pretty much pushed the food at me. My order which wasn’t very large was missing items and when I went inside the two counter employees were on their cellphone and didn’t acknowledge me there until I said excuse me. I did recede rest of my order but only after the confusion left their faces. A little bit of an attitude change would help this place out a lot.
I thought the service was great, employee coverage during a busy time was great. I was disappointed with my Dave's single. The burger lacked the freshness I remember and I don't recall cheese being an actual must have on it. I wasn't asked if I wanted any and there were 2 slices on it. My son had a grilled chicken wrap that he said was ok, not the best, I dont know what went wrong. ????
Also prices are outrageous, this "bidenomics" isn't working for our family. Sheesh!
Usually the food is good at Wendy's besides the occasional not so fresh fries. Tried the Spicy Chicken Nachos Sandwich and it was really good. The sauce was sweet with a spicy kick. Add that to the crunchy onion chips and nacho cheese pieces made this one of my favorite Sandwiches.
Never have food ready when they open. 6 car's in the parking lot but no food prepared when they open.. and it's employees because the door has not been open to the dining area.
The breakfast sign is not displayed In the driveway. We are just supposed to guess what you have? Oh and depending on the day... you will likely have to pay cash because the credit card terminal is always broke.
