Snow storm 1 of few places with power and open!! Long long line staff was great smilingand cheerful! I know they were busting butt. It was very busy and they handled us all with grace and a smile!
Typical fast food but the staff really seemed to be enjoying themselves and their job! It made the atmosphere fun!
Extremely poor customer service, sat in the drive thru for 15 min because they were the only ones open, just to make it to the speaker and have no one answer, apparently it was closing time, which I'd fine, but to just let people sit there and ignore them is not. Do better sanford wendys.
We frequently have a salad at Wendy's, it's always fresh, delicious, and a good value.
Seems the standard on food is low. I'm normally happy with this location. But when I get my little one apple bites that look like this, I'm one unhappy mommy! I understand maybe staff is short or they feel underpaid, but this is not okay! I used to be a manager at a different food business, and this is unacceptable. Pay attention!
Was in there on Monday and they had no carbonated drinks ok so ordered lemonades and tea extra .50 on lemonade and no refills hesitated on refill for tea not my fault u didn’t have soda still stayed should have avoided extra charge or given 1 refill burgers were cold had to ask for fresh fries and the big lady behind counter said they were fresh we arrived a little after 11 and this was dining room very upset with whole experience it’s sad because normally their great

Meal wasn't hot. Fries were old . Order has items that were omitted, general confusion. Had to show receipt for staff to confirm order item .
