Will never be back at this location. Service was very rude and seemed like they where very preoccupied and it felt like we were disturbing the workers. Vs them wanting to sever the customer Was in need of a straws cause they didn't have any straws by the drink dispenser when we went and asked for some was told " can't you see them in front of your face" by a worker. there when they were not even they had to get more for us. No one there once we got our food the employees where acting like it was their house just hanging out having a party. Never in my life would I ever have thought that it would be ok at a business. Felt like this is the way business is just going to be from now on no one cares about anything or anyone. Employees just felt entitled and able to treat people any way they want. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY RUDE.
The health department needs to be brought into this location immediately, there is no dedicated worker on a cash register so the person handling all that dirty money is also prepping salads for the day without changing gloves!! She stopped making a salad to grab cash and a customers phone to scan a code then went right back to prepping, absolutely disgusting!!
The girl in drive thru was rude. No one, especially younger ppl, has ANY sense of customer relation at ALL. Then when I told her she missed one of my drinks, which btw was sitting at the window, and she really was arguing like I was wrong. Then another girl came up, she was pleasant, and she even rolled her eyes at the rude girl for being wrong then having an attitude at me SMH Food was as good as expected. I mean it's fast food so there's that but the fries were hot and salty. Unfortunately the service was horrible.
This was one of the worst wendys ive ever been to. Its so ghetto and the bathrooms were DISGUSTING! The outside was also nasty, there was so much trash everywhere. The food was fine though but the workers were obnoxious and loud. It looked like the tables werent even wiped down. They put a sink outside but there was no soap or paper towels. Id try to avoid if i were you. I wont be coming back.
Was there at 11am on a saturday went to the drive thru to order my food but decided to go inside because they did not have the lunch menu spun around. Granted it was just turnin lunch time. So i go inside get my order put in it was alright except the atmosphere inside was not up to par but givin the location of this wendys i did not expect much no fork or spoons available the freestyle coca cola machine for some odd reason only had all diet soda. I felt as if customers were not wanted in the dining area or inside at all and just want to deal with drive thru only. I have been to this Wendy's since working at united auto supply back in 2021. Even with the updates (or downgrade) it still seems like they need more improvements everywhere else. Do yourself a favor go to another wendys this one not worth it because the way things going i wouldnt doubt something happens to the place.To the owner i wish you well.
Staff is straight forward and to the point, food came out quick and was cooked fresh, got my order perfect as well which seems difficult now a days (is no cheese that big of a deal?) the location is very clean and well maintained as well.
My husband and I came here to order frosties and some French fries, and the frosty machine needed some time to make some new vanilla frosties - so we were told to wait out front and they would bring it out to us. It took longer than expected, so Malcolm, gave us another free frosty and free fries for the wait! He was the best, definitely unexpected! This location is definitely one I will be returning to.
I ordered food here and my card went through but the store never got my order. After 30 minutes of talking to the manager they finally got me the food but it was like pulling teeth. I get it not the people working there that caused the issue but could have been handled a lot better. They kept saying it was a problem with my card but it clearly went through on my side.
