Ordered a mobile order for drive thru. Told to wait a moment, 10 minutes later and no response. Drive around and people laughing in the window. Multiple cars drove off, whoever owns this location is losing a ton of money and now seeing previous reviews it’s not an abnormal experience.
Every time you pull up to the drive thru you are told to wait a minute, which turns into thirty minutes. I left after waiting so long and the person who was at the drive thru was holding a conversation with someone at the window in a white truck. She didn’t even bother to say anything after I had been sitting there all that time. March 22, 2024 @ 9:04 P M
It took 30 minutes to get our food via the drive thru, despite being the second in line when we arrived. One of the burgers was missing from the bag. One of the chicken sandwiches was missing bacon. Fries were overcooked and getting cold. They were also out of coke and sweet tea.
I did see an employee washing his hands and they did apologize for the wait.
20 minutes of waiting for 2 cars. Fries were soggy. No bacon on the Baconator Fries either. Also I didn’t get my drink.
Food was good juicy burger hot fries ???? customer service ????needs improve lady took my order kinda pushy and lil rude and didn't get extra sauce ask for????
Waited at drive-thru window for more than 5 minutes and no answer, went inside and had at least ten people behind the counter. Wasn't greeted nicely and no customer service. Drive-thru was faster but had to use card or correct change if paying in cash
I waited behind two cars for over 10 minutes. Then when I got my food the burgers were COLD. The only fresh thing was the fries, which is why I gave two stars. Otherwise, SLOW and COLD food. Believe the reviews and don’t go here.
Pretty good. Not bad at all. Tried the new jalapeno popper chicken sandwich. It's Wendy's. It's fast food. It's only going to be a certain level of good even at his best. Good for a quick bite got in and out quickly staff was friendly order was correct food was fresh. Can't really ask much more from a fast food place
