Rude employees. Came to pick up an order that was made online and they most definitely received the receipt indoors. They tried to make me go around the line again and accused me of “cutting the line”, however I was the only one in the drive thru- no one else was there. They wanted me to go around to say the name into the speaker, which made no sense bcuz I was speaking to them face to face- why can’t I just tell you the name right now? It makes no sense to go all the way around when we are two people talking to each other. I just had someone tell me right now that the people working here at Wendy’s on Tonnelle always give a problem and are rude so now I’m not surprised. It’s fine if you’re understaffed or stressed in the work place, but don’t be unreasonable and and difficult to work with when customers are picking up orders that should be completed already.
The food here is good. It’s Wendy’s, it’s clean, it’s what you expect. However, my rating today is for the toilet. As far as places to poop near the Holland tunnel goes, this ranks first. They’ve never given me a problem, should I have to go but also don’t buy anything, and they are so chill about it that you buy something because you feel like it. Also, it’s clean. 10/10.
I ordered food today April 11th and went to the drive thru and when I got back to work to eat , they forgot to put a junior bacon cheeseburger in the bag and they gave me the wrong dipping sauce I asked for. The only reason I am stating this is because this is the second time this has happened to me and it also happened to me at another Wendy's also.
I like many of the services. I live in Jersey City and I have a Wendy's next to my house. I prefer the Den North Bergen 1500 Tonnelle Ave. She treats me like family. She treats me well. The supervisor is very good with her clients.
I had a wonderful experience today at Wendy's. I bought a breakfast baconator which was prepared quite fast. It was fresh, hot and delicious. The season potatoes were also perfect.
The restaurant itself was very clean, both inside and outside. There's plenty of parking spots for those who want to dine in their vehicles.

A very good burger fast food, i recommend "the baconator"
Missing food after paying for it. Please look into order accuracy. I went back, was not provided new sandwiches simply the cold ones that they made originally despite their mistake.
