This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to! I have tried this location a few times and it is always a terrible experience. The customer service is non existent. I pulled up the window and it took 5 mins before they said anything to take my order. I ordered a Cobb salad, then I was told to pull forward. I waited in my car 10 minutes and walked inside and they were just sitting there in the back with a blank look on their faces like they did not want to walk out and hand me my food. I told the guy I was waiting for over 10 minutes so I wanted to come in and see what was going on. He said “Well it takes 12 minutes to make.” I get my salad and the chicken is completely cold and there are nasty wilted pieces of lettuce (you can see in the photo)! I thought they just made it fresh and that it took 12 minutes? This place is terrible the floors were filthy, the people are rude and the food is awful! Stay far away!!
Had to return the burger because the bun was hard as a rock get back to my car to find my fries were burnt to a crisp and I only got 3 of the 5 nuggets. Guess I should have just kept my money
One of the worst locations in Columbus. I wish I never came here and attempted to eat here. First of all I ordered thru app, which I will never do. Ordered the fish sandwich and a baked potato. Neither was available!! Then the "manager" has an attitude problem. The black guy who claimed to be the manager, told me, I need not give him a hard time?!? Me asking a restaurant to honor what I paid for, is giving a hard time?!?! Not one customer in the lobby, having employees mop the lobby and clean behind deep fryer because no one wants to eat here. I wish I'd known before getting scammed!! Every other food app never lets you order food that's unavailable. The Wendy's app does, and there no one to talk to!! Chat is unavailable. 1-800 number is closed at 5pm.. it's Friday at 8pm, never received any of my order or money returned. Be warned!!! There's a sketchy black guy pretending to be manager. Told me he couldn't refund or substitute my order. That I needed to fix it with the app.
The supervisor Mia is the best Wendy's employee I have ever encountered. She is professional, kind, and is always looking for customer satisfaction. I enjoyed my interaction, and go to that Wendy's because of her. Food is always fresh and good.
Worst Wendy's I've been to I got a coffee it literally had three ice cubes in it no employee even said hi there was barely any communication at all, while ordering the employee wouldn't even let us order he kept asking "Is that it" after every thing I ordered they definitely need better employees.
The only reason I put two stars is because the FOOD was alright. The service FROM MANAGEMENT is AWFUL! I attempted to call around 8PM after getting food so I could ask a question regarding allergens/exposure (this was not a complaint by the way) and I waited on hold for almost 10 minutes. I called back assuming they got busy and forgot I was on hold. When they answered I asked to speak with the manager again to ask a question and they hung up on me and ignored my following calls. I HAD no complaints, but now I do lol. I’ll be calling at a different shift (now with a question AND a complaint) because I’m not about to get ignored. Don’t bother with their customer service if you have any issues because my food was fine, they are just petty.
Went inside to order some food I stood there for a while and at this point I’m alone there wasn’t any customers in the lobby, some white dude with glasses told me “sorry there’s nobody who can help you right now, can you take the kiosk which I did. After putting in my order through the kiosk I came back to front desk and the same guy with glasses took another white man and his friend order and after a white lady with her nieces. At this point I held my composure to not make a scene in front of the little girls because clearly there had to be some sort of racism involved. I clearly didn’t get the same fair treatment because maybe the guy with glasses took a look at me wearing my work clothes and looking messy and the color of my skin, chose to send me away but help the white families coming in. Very disappointing experience
Ordered a meal with kids fruit punch, drive-thru. The cashier didn’t even know ‘kids fruit punch’ and ‘blueberry lemonade’ are not the same thing. I said you gave me the wrong drink but the lady just standing there staring at me for like 20 seconds w/o saying anything until some coworker reminded her. And she said “okay he wants that, no problem, we give what he wants”. It was like I paid 12 bucks to Wendy’s only for rubbing one kids fruit punch from the cashier. Won’t spend any penny here for the rest of my life.
