Lady not smart enough to comprehend my order, then I waited for my baconator for 10 minutes, and when it came out she said they were out of bacon and just walked back inside. 0 compensation, still had to pay for the bacon that wasn’t on my baconator.
Absolutely horrible baconator! Sandwich was flat, wrapper had holes all in it patty was all chewed up and wet like somebody chewed my food up and spit into the bun!
A friend of mine and myself went through the drive-in ordered a biscuit sausage and egg. We asked for jelly and ketchup. When we drove off the biscuits were raw everything slid off of them we didn't have any condiments in the sack except for four straws which we just had two drinks. Don't think I'm going to be patronizing them a whole lot anymore
Food was prepared surprisingly fast and the employees were friendly. The only bad things I can say is that the sweet tea wasn't very good and the majority of the tables hadn't been cleaned off.
Nobody at this location could help me with the Wendy app. The counter scanned my phone code and told me the Internet was down so I earned no points. I was not offered any deals. I felt like I inconvenienced to the employees. I realize I am old, my comprehension of apps is minimal but telling me "I don't know" made for a poor experience.
Went through drive thru and ordered 3 different biggie bag specials. They were on the order board as 5,6,7 dollars each then ordered the new queso fries for $3.89. Ordered one with no ice and ice in the other two drinks. Received all three drinks none of them had ice. As the employee handed our bag it started to rip in the middle. He just held it with both hands and no new bag was given to resack the order. Opened the queso fries up and a very small one squirt of cheese in the middle. What an expensive order for 5 cheesey fries. Parked the car to exchange one of the teas that tasted bad and to ask about the queso fries. Asked to talk to a manager but no one showed up. Was livid then. Tried to call phone number on receipt but a recording of no one at that extension was available.WHAT???? So needless to say will not be returning to that location in Ardmore again. So I guess next step is to call cooperate.
Mediocre food nuggets cold never answer phone. Cramped atmosphere.
The meat on by partners sandwich was so bad looking you couldn't even tell that was a double stack and one of the employees had been smoking in the men's room and left the cigarette still burning, and an employee and manager where arguing while we where eating.
