During my recent visit to Wendy’s at 259 City Line Ave, I encountered a mixed level of service. While the employees were satisfactory, the supervisor’s conduct was notably unprofessional. To my dismay, she interrupted the staff member who was taking my order to perform some administrative tasks, leaving me unattended and causing an unnecessary delay. This lack of consideration for customer time and the abrupt disruption of service was quite disappointing. It’s unfortunate to report that this experience has been one of the worst in terms of customer service, and it significantly impacted my perception of the establishment.
Ignorant little kids working there. I had a mobile order and the app clearly said pull up through the drive-through. I was told to come in I said oh no I’m not coming in and she says “that’s on you”. She better be glad I wasn’t dressed! The app indicated come through the drive-through…..nitwit with no home training.
I use to love going to Wendy's. I don't know if it's me or the food. It just doesn't pop the same. It's still a convenient spot to grab a quick bite to eat.
Please stop eating at this Wendy's. None of the employees are wearing gloves while preparing the food. Still tried to eat the Doublestack, but I almost threw up. The meat was burnt and stale. Credit Card machine didn't work, even though they prefer you use CC (or exact change) because of a coin shortage. Just stop.
I was going to give this Wendy's a 5. I enjoyed the team interaction, the manager was talking to an employee with respect, it was refreshing. The team worked together to get my order. I was set, until I opened my baconater fries... 1st no bacon, the cold fries with clumped cheese.. I'm disappointed, I wanted to really like this Wendys.
Yes, the stars are for the food only. You lost the last two stars for customer service. On 11/15 stop at the drive thru about 1pm . The guy taking the order just mumbled his words.When I ask if he could repeat what he said, he started shouting but was clear enough for me to understand him. When I asked for a vanilla frosty, he answered in a nasty tone “ we don’t have that right now”. When I completed my order, he said go to the next window, like he could care less. Got to that window where I believe it was the same guy, as I could here him taking other orders. Still had that care less attitude. Got to the pickup window there another guy handed me my order. No thank you. An automatic machine would have more appreciation for your purchase.
These people need some training in customer service.
My order included a large chocolate & a large vanilla Frosty. Drive thru line was a long wait. When I got to the window I got two very small cup's. When I inquired a crowd of employee's gathered. Apparently they ran out of cup's. Nobody Apologized. This is not the 1st time I've experienced this. Honesty is the best policy. Chick-fil-A will get my order's now.
The worst, 0 stars. They hate their job and are miserable, the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Do not expect fresh food. Dryest sandwich ever!
