This Wendy's is extremely hit or miss and I'd say it's miss about 90% of the time. I've given this location multiple chances and this last visit was definitely my last. I've had no issues with the food, but in the past the service has been extremely lacking, and I've experienced wait times well over 20 minutes (and that's if they remember to bring my food out at all until I remind them).
Although I told myself I shouldn’t order from here, we decided to try their breakfast. As per the norm, we ordered through the app and upon arrival, once again they were out of several items we were able to place in the app. Apparently, they cannot issue any refund at all if placed through the app, and trying to get a refund through the app is beyond difficult. So, now I get to take extra time out of my schedule to go back up there in the hopes the manager will be able to refund my food I never even got. Done with Wendy’s. Always either messing up our orders or completely missing items.
To homeboy working the front counter wearing a durag and ear buds. I walked in the door while you were sitting down playing on your phone. I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes until your "boss" yelled at you to come take my order. You move at x4 slo-mo mode. People are waiting on you. Address people respectfully and you will get the same in return. There was no welcome to Wendy's or hello sir what would you like to order. You just looked at me. Not sure if it's your attitude or maybe your upbringing but you're going to have a tough life ahead of you if you don't change soon. Best of luck. Food wasn't good at all. This Wendy's sucks!
The employees are rude and they are constantly out of everything. They literally had a list of everything next to the speaker of all the things they are out of and instead of even greeting me at the speaker they just barked that they were out of even more things. Every time I have went I’ve been disappointed. I hope this location gets replaced by a fast food restaurant that is even mediocre because that would be better than this Wendy’s location.
I ordered a salad and it was bad! When I opened it the smell was horrible, it was all soggy and my toppings were expired. I contacted customer service but haven’t heard anything back about a refund.
This is a brand new Wendy's and I've been twice with both experiences lacking. The first was in drive thru, after paying for the food they asked me to pull forward and they'd bring the food out, 24 minutes later they bring out half the order... the supposed reason was the potato. When they brought the other half out it was already cold, so half the order was made quickly and sat there for 20+ minutes. Second instance was inside the dining room. Literally no customers in the dining room, I place the order to go and watch six cars pull through the drive thru while waiting. The dining room is immaculate, clean and very well done. It's a great look but the sevice so far is 0 for 2.
Waited 10 minutes for 3 medium Frosties and 2 of those $3 Frosty key tags. We weren't given a receipt or the two key tags so we went back inside and the cashier denied us saying we asked for them and thought we asked for two junior Frostys, despite us repeating it for him twice when in the drive-thru. The manager guy wasn't apologetic and didn't offer a refund either so I had to pay for the key tags again.
The food is trash here! Wendy’s has really went downhill in the US, and doesn’t taste good like it used to back in the day! I lived overseas most of my life and the fast food places taste way better than in the states!
