This was my first time at this newer Wendy's and I had a good experience. The dining room was clean, the workers were friendly and the food was well prepared. The dining room isn't very large, but there were a good bit of seats crammed into the area. I will come back here again.
UPDATE: I've been eating here a LOT, and I've had a good experience almost every time. Sometimes they are short staffed but they usually do okay. Not quite as friendly at the counter anymore.
I never leave bad reviews, but this place is horrible. I've been here 3 times since being in the area. 1st time wasn't bad. Second time, they told me to pull around, and they would bring my food out to me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went inside to find out where my food was. The manager stated that she personally made my food and knows that it went out. She acted like I was lying about receiving my food. I agrued with her for 5 minutes before they made my food. Last night I went there on my way home from work. The manager (different one) had an extremely salty attitude when I was ordering my food from the kiosk. I ended up spending all night vomiting and wrapped around the toilet from the food. I will never go here again. Piss poor attitude by the staff, managers, and got food poisoning. Worse place ever.
Whoever the guy was that worked the drive-through window on Friday, January 19, 2024 at about 3pm earned this place a 5 star review. He was extremely professional, well-spoken, and friendly. He probably won't remember me because our brief interaction was uneventful. But, it was enough for me to notice that this is a quality employee.
I couldn't tell what his name was, but, he was a black male, probably between 18-24, and had tattoos on his hand... 100% good dude ????

Came through Wednesday night at like 930pm .. employee was great and food was fresh. Honestly kind of unexpectedly great at this time of night, especially compared to the one on whites road/broad Street. A+

I order on my phone and asked bacon cheeseburger without mayonnaise and without ketchup and I got both which I didn’t want I want her to sugar cookie and I got a chocolate chip! What is going on with the store? Why are they not in efficient just order a little bit of food. I cannot eat mayonnaise at all! It Makes me sick.
Worst hamburger ever. Had a terrible time understanding the girl taking our order. Had to ask several times to repeat herself. Soda dispenser was almost empty, no lemonade, no coke. And the worst thing? Restroom had been cleaned recently, but not one sheet of TP! Only paper towels! AWFUL.
One of only a few locations I know of that make cheesy cheddar burgers. Food tastes good and is cheaper than other chains still.
