It's one of the best I've been to. My double ???? was perfectly cooked, juicy, and fresh. The baked potato is perfect. It's a lot better than some food trucks I've been to. The staff were wonderful and quick.
There was a sign that stated you could only order through the kiosk. What happened to customer service Wendy’s? I did not order and will not as long as I must use a dang ole computer. Your prices should be lower if I have to take my own order.
It was edible. My order was wrong (they took off the tomato and left the mayo, opposite of what I ordered), and the fries were cold. Service was slow.
Customer service is non-existent. No greeting when we approached the counter and no response when the young man handed us our food. A little training and supervision goes a long way when training young employees.
I've never been to this specific Wendy's and ever seen what was going on the day I ate there half of the workers were doing whatever they wanted to and having their ear buds in while on the job. it was on second shift as well the dining room tables hadn't been cleaned trash on the floor it was the worst I've ever seen it and probably won't go back to that one

Wendy's has great food but the service i received on my last visit could use a little improvement. Fast food is supposed to be just that - fast. The service was slow and when I received my food to go, the server didn't even put napkins in the bag. Otherwise my Wendy's visit was a good experience.
Whole staff is just talking while I was cleaning off my own table. Probably will just go to another location next time.
